An amazing place in the city Center. In a walking distance to the entrance to the cable car to the Fansipan mountain attraction. We came with my sister during the Tet holidays, and the hotel owner helped us a lot, also with booking bus tickets back to Hanoi. Recommend the place and the people! We had a great stay!

VERY BAD AND EXTREMELY NEGATIVE REVIEW!!!!
I booked a room for two guests with two breakfasts. The day before check-in, the owner emailed me saying I could cancel the reservation free of charge, but breakfasts were not included. Another downside is that the reception is advertised as 24-hour reception. Too bad there's no one there!
I emailed them and asked if I could drop off my backpacks at 6:00 AM, the time I arrived by bus, and I would check in at the allowed time. They told me I'd have to pay an extra 200,000 dong to have someone come open because the staff arrives at 7:00 AM. So, we arrived after 7:00 AM, the door was open, but there was no one there. We communicated via cameras, dropped off our backpacks (with a bit of concern!), and then returned after 12:00 PM to check in. They also told us which room we were supposed to have via cameras. We couldn't wait to take a nice hot shower after all the cold and rain they'd been teasing us about! It's a shame the room has no heating and is very humid!!
We managed to convince the owner to bring us an electric heater using the cameras.
A very disappointing and negative experience!!

The hotel is very nice! Located downtown behind the main square. I met the owner, who made my stay in Sa Pa unique and unforgettable. The price is perfect! A hug to Nam Hong Pham🤗 for his kindness and availability. Very much appreciated. I recommend it. Ciao, Sabrina

Best Indian food in all of Vietnam hands down! I ended up revisiting the next day for lunch because it was super tasty and reasonably priced.
The best Korma I've ever had and the garlic naan is Huge!! Paratha and Chapati was also crisp 😋
They also add or subtract spice levels to your desire & good amounts of meat.

This place was such relief after our previous hotel in Sapa. The room was clean, the location perfect and the owner could not have been nicer. By far my best hotel experience in Vietnam. Higly recommend!!

Very clean and comfortable rooms in the city centre. Really good location in a road which is not too busy. The owner is soo kind and friendly and helps you out with anything you need. Loved the service and the heated beds aswell :)

Really lovely hotel the only place we have stayed in sapa but I would be surprised if you could find anywhere as luxuryous for the price. The shower was piping hot and we loved the electric blacket. The owner was extremely helpful he booked our bus tickets to Hanoi and could have booked us a Trek (we didn't like the look of the weather) the location is pretty central a 5 min walk from two nice coffee shops and 7 min walk from 90 pub and color bar our favorite pubs as well as Chicago pizza.

Very good location for this nice hotel. The receptionist, and I believe owner and almost all the staff (this one girl) was very nice although she doesn't speak English very well. The breakfast is good, fresh, and various, only the shower has soft stream if it didn't I would rate five stars.

Cosy hotel in the center of Sa Pa, but on a quiet street without noisy traffic :-) . Good breakfast, pleasant room (solid mattress :-( ), friendly and helpfull owner.

1st time SaPa with wife and adult son. Really nice, small, family run hotel. Great location in central SaPa but away from the chaos of central square. Delicious breakfast. Enjoyed chatting with owner and his family. Will stay here again next time trekking in SaPa

Location was a nice walk from the bus station where we passed by the church on the way there. Service was great and the blankets were warm. Breakfast was great!!

We ate in the restaurant. Ordered an omelet and grilled duck with cheese. Both good tastying. The portions aren't very big.

Rooms are generally clean and we have gotten a room facing the lake which is awesome! It's just that its beside the road and it might get a lil noisy during the day!

Friendly staff. They help me arrange to rent a bike at 4am ( i call them earlier ) but they really helpful. The FO even greeting us when we checked out.
