Amazing location and the room was great. I was traveling with 3 friends and we stayed on a 2 double bed bedroom. The room was big and the beds huge. But what really made our experience the best was the help of Tina, the manager. She gave us the best tips for the day trips and the places we should visit depending on the time we had available and the weather. Her english is perfect and I was able to check in after midnight

Room was not ready after check-in hours and waited almost an hour for our room. Room hygiene was poor, the bedsheets were dirty and there was a weird smell to the room. None of the staffs in the hotel spoke conversational english and hardly anyone at the reception table so it was very hard to communicate with them regarding breakfast times, room issues etc. Hotel interior was nice and curated with decent facilities just service and management was very disappointing.

I came here on a group trip with my family as well as 40 other adults an 3 kids aged between 2 -5 years.
The hotel is very well presented and has a great team of staff.
Bedrooms are really nice and modern.
We had both evening meal and breakfast and the food was very nice.
Ideal for Families, I would recommend this hotel as the staff really do go out of their way to help guests.

I got a corner room in winter season. How lucky I am. The view is nice but a bit noisy. The room size is better for 2 people max. The owner is an artist, language capable especially in English, helpful to get taxi booking.

it's great service. specially Ms Thanh's service was absolutely great. she's the receptionist, drink maker, serve foods and always taken care of customers. room, service, food, facilities,wifi everything are 5 star. best hotel to stay at SAPA. had amazing experience. highly recommended!!!

The hotel is super clean and the staff is really nice! San (front desk staff member) was always willing to offer help and advice and so did the manager on site. The soup we had for breakfast was cooked for 4 hours! It was delicious and reminded me of my mothers home cooking. They have pride in their facilities and it shows! I'd definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family and will definitely stay here on my next visit back.

Horrible experience with this place . 35 dollars a night does not even get you a breakfast the next day. U even need to pay extra for coffee! The building looks very nice but the hotel staff is anything but hospitable. Rooms are well furnished but do not have good hot water ,phones don't work either. The staff could maybe take a few lessons in hospitality and decency before running a hotel and occupying good space in Sapa . Foreign tourists STAY away

We ate in the restaurant. Ordered an omelet and grilled duck with cheese. Both good tastying. The portions aren't very big.

Rooms are generally clean and we have gotten a room facing the lake which is awesome! It's just that its beside the road and it might get a lil noisy during the day!

Friendly staff. They help me arrange to rent a bike at 4am ( i call them earlier ) but they really helpful. The FO even greeting us when we checked out.
