We had a wonderful stay at Pao’s Sapa. The hotel has excellent facilities, and the staff are very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Although our booking did not include free breakfast, we decided to purchase it separately, and it was definitely the best decision. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of choices.

The hotel also offers great amenities such as a gym and a swimming pool, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Another highlight is its convenient location, as it is very close to Moana Cafe, making it easy to visit one of Sapa’s popular spots.

Overall, we had a very pleasant and comfortable experience and would highly recommend Pao’s Sapa to anyone visiting the area.

This hotel have the great view to Moana but another site is facing the cemetery. Swimming pool was horrible, due to the temperature the water was fall from the ceiling, really not comfortable. Overall is okay.

Not bad overall, but the pool water wasn't warm enough. It was a bit chilly swimming here in winter.

Amazing stay! Staff were very helpful, polite and nice! Although the valley view room is disturbed by some construction, but im fine with it. Will choose this place again for future visit!

When we arrived hotel around morning 8:30, there is no room for us to early check in. But there is a very nice and clear shower room located at the swimming pool. Hotel location not near to town side, but we love the hotel location. Room is big and the near to Moana attraction, Breakfast is nice as well.

Nice place near to moana sapa… however service not so good.. already reach there around 7pm but still need to wait for half hour to check in as only 1 counter is open… breakfast have limited food… not much variety…

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed. Wonderful service, environment and overall a great and wonderful stay. Hotel also provides wonderful breakfast and services for private car, which made it easier and safer to travel to the POI that are further away, like heavens gate and etc.

I’m so glad that I booked this hotel. It is just beside Moana. You can literally have the eagle’s eye view of the place. I love the breakfast, lots of food choices, love the breads. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. We had a problem with our limousine ride back to Hanoi and they helped us booked a sleeper bus going back to Hanoi. Rooms are decent. Love the roof deck view.

Pao's is a really cool place. In a town with so many tiny hotels with very little personality and design, Pao feels great and looks great. We enjoyed the beautiful vistas from their huge balconies and it was just outside the hustle and bustle of the town, so you could enjoy a quiet environment in a hotel that felt modern and beautiful. The staff was incredibly helpful too. The garden and common areas are very beautiful too.
