Holiday Sapa Hotel in Sapa

Beds like sleeping on bricks.
Construction started outside our room at 7am.
Bed sheets were damp so we asked housekeeping to change. They replaced them with more damp sheets.
Nice shower

Very Poor Hotel - Avoid

Staff - Not friendly and they don't care

Room - Very old and not clean, bed very hard and old, the shower doesn't work you have to hold the shower head, the door didn't lock correctly, housekeeping just walked in one day without knocking

Food - Not good

I thought the price was too high for what you get

The front desk told us that we could use another room to get ready on our last day after our activity, when we went back in the afternoon they told us we could use the staff shower (dirty), when I said no I want a room they then offered us a dirty room after the guessed have left before it getting cleaned... I have never seen such a service in my live...

I would avoid this place.
