Jean and Rosie were very kind and attentive to our needs. The food was very good. We stayed 5 nights in two different rooms, both very nice. Beautiful location and wonderfully decorated and landscaped in keeping with the Zen name. Highly recommended. We wish we could've stayed longer. Will come back in the future.

Nice location with wonderful view over the lake, unfortunately food taste only standard and staff not very attentive. Funny is the German Currywurst and Schnitzel are on the menu, but better eat it in Germany... ;)

Excellent relaxing location!
The girls running the place are very sweet and helped us organize transport to the airport early in the morning.
The food is a little expensive, but given the location and no food around open for dinner it makes sense.

My most favorite place to stay in Da Lat. Quiet, peaceful, spacious room, good food, cute doggies and friendly staff. They helped my now fiancé arranged a big surprise proposal to me and we are engaged now. I have one of the best and happiest moment in my life thanks to their help. Totally recommended.

Location is wonderful. Rooms are nice, spacious, and clean (although our bathroom had a weird smell). Adorable kittens and dogs.

But just like another review said - the staff quoted us one price on the phone and charged us another, which left a sour taste in our mouth. It would have been cheaper to use Booking.com than to go with them directly, although they said it would be cheaper.

Excellent place. Good prices, helpful owner. Food not the best but there is a local restaurant within a short walk away. Great if you want to get away from things for a few days.

We stayed here for a few nights. It's an absolutely great little spot. The owners have really managed to make a little sanctuary in the hills. The food is simple but full of flavour, the staff are brilliant and happy to have a chat and sit down with you. The rooms to stay are well kept, clean, and provide all you need. The lakeside can make for a great little getaway, or a comfy base from wich to explore the region from. Was a very enjoyable experience.
