I have to say, this hotel really surprised me!
In that price, getting so much.
I stayed for 5 nights.
The staff is friendly and nice, cleaning my room everyday with even asking them.
The location is in a quiet spot while also in the center of the city.
The room is good, shower is good.

It’s very disappointing cleaners took away my metro card, charger and headphones in the bag and it ruined my whole experience there. They returned my metro card but other things disappeared from my room. First time in my life that cleaners take my things without permission. I’m shocked actually.

The bed linen was dirty, stained and hairy. The cleaning ladies were shouting and laughing at the door all morning, preventing us from sleeping. Someone opened the door to the room while we were sleeping and looked in. When we checked out, they tried to charge 10,000 for a bottle of water that we didn't drink. We weren't warned that water and noodles in the room were extra. When we checked in, they didn't give us 6,000 change and didn't take it into account when paying for water. In 3 months of traveling around Vietnam, this was the worst hotel.

The location is good, and I stayed there for two days, and they replenished the amenities and did some light cleaning without my request. There were no particular issues, and I'm happy with the price.

Since it was very cheap, we didn't expect much. It just seemed like a clean bed, but there were hairs on the sheets ((And so it was an ordinary cheap hotel for a couple of nights maximum.

This place doesn't have breakfast, and I booked it for about $10 per night.
I booked for two nights, but barely managed to sleep one.
I gave up on staying one night.
I was assigned a room attached to the underground parking lot, so the noise of motorcycles, cars, and people nearby made it difficult to sleep.
As soon as I entered the room, I realized it was a cheap room, so the space was cramped.
The blankets on the bed were dirty and uncomfortable, as if they hadn't been washed for a long time.
I was exhausted from the long journey, so I finally lay down, but I couldn't sleep because of the bugs.
There are a lot of bugs, like mosquitoes and ants.
Please be careful when booking, as cancellations are not accepted.

It's hard to find better deals than places like Phu Tho Hotel. For roughly $10 a night they offer beautiful clean rooms. The location is also pretty central. We walked to most of the touristy sites like Da Lat's Crazy House and the Maze Bar.

We had a wonderful stay at Casanova Dalat and would highly recommend it. Our room had an amazing view over the city, a very cozy bed, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight of the room was definitely the beautiful wooden bathtub with a panoramic view — such a unique and relaxing experience.
The hotel itself is also great: you can enjoy delicious coffee there and buy tasty dried fruits.
What impressed us the most was the staff. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and truly customer-oriented. They assisted us with renting a motorbike directly at the hotel for a very reasonable price of 120,000 VND per day, and they also helped us a lot with some unexpected situations during our trip.
Thank you so much for making our stay so enjoyable. We had a fantastic time and would happily come back again!

I stayed at this hotel for two weeks.
The staff was kind and professional, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable.
Within a short walk there are many options to dine out during the day, and even a 24 hours supermarket.
In addition, there is a spacious cafe for guests on the entrance floor. It’s very convenient for working with a laptop.

Comfy rooms and the service was great. The cafe downstairs is very chilled and the coffee is excellent, with some great views of Da Lat.

The room service was excellent, the room quality varied depending on the room category, the balcony views were beautiful, and the space was airy and cool. The biggest impression was the dedicated and thoughtful support they provided for all our issues.

Bathtub deluxe room at the top. Had some terrible sleeps for 3 nights due to laundry being done directly below us—all night. Adding to that, it is also a hostel where the door directly beside us sounds like metal screeching against metal, every time someone uses the washroom.
There is no soundproofing for this. People were opening and closing the door until midnight mostly every night. Terrible.
Add to that the cleanliness of the room felt off. We asked for a room clean, and just got a towel and toiletries refresh, not even thinking to empty the washroom trashcan full of stink.
Staff were great. Location is pretty good. Asked for breakfast (paid by us)and the lady said 'not today'. 1 hr later I see her cooking others breakfast.
We won't be back.
