Nothing is like the description or the photos of the hotel, especially the rooms. Only the location is decent. It's not a 4-star hotel.

Great place to stay, rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are friendly and quick to solve any issue you might have. Good location as it’s close to everything

- 300m to Ben Thanh Market - start from the hotel stairs you just need to turn right then straight until you see Ben Thanh Market

- 400m to Malaysian Street - start from the hotel stairs you just need to turn right then straight until you see Ben Thanh Market, turn right again then left until you see 7 - Eleven then turn right to the alley (Can see the Jamilah Restaurant)

- I got quiet room so it's quiet comfortable especially when you bring kids (upon request when you book the hotel)

- Breakfast not halal

- Hotel and all along the alley not stroller friendly for family who bring kids

- Hotel have full equipment for cooking utensils let say if you want to brought your own food and cook there (just no rice cooker provided)

- Can just book grab more cheaper than ask any taxi meter in front of the hotel + grab only took below 10 minutes to arriv

This is an old hotel. The hygiene wasn't great, and the facilities were old and damaged.

The location is fantastic, super convenient for getting anywhere. It's mostly clean, though there were a few spots where the cleaning wasn't perfect, but overall, it seems well-maintained. The sofa and bed are quite good quality, and the room size is perfectly fine. The water pressure is strong, and hot water delivery is excellent. Breakfast is tasty; I stayed for 4 nights, and a few items changed daily, which was a nice touch. The same person was always at reception, so I wonder when they ever get a day off! Honestly, there aren't any major downsides. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to others, which is rare for me. However, I've only ever stayed in guesthouses in Vietnam during my student days, so I might not have a great baseline, and perhaps the average quality of hotels here is just generally high.

Very spacious room, ample space for luggages and seating area. Room amenties are very worn, sound proof is very very bad. Doors slamming in late night and early hours make it tough to have good rest. Breakfast is decent.

The hotel is conveniently located in the CENTRAL area by Ben Than market, also near many shops and good restaurants. The staff was friendly and provide good service. The breakfast did not have any offerings but was tasty. The room was a good size but could’ve been a Cleaner and provide better amenities. For the price I paid I can’t complain too much and maybe will try to book a bigger suite next time if I choose to stay there again

The front desk staff were all smiles. Breakfast and the pool are at the California Saigon Hotel & Rooftop Pool across the street. The location was great, very convenient for sightseeing.

Great location, everything is neat, but it's all a bit old. Overall clean, suitable as a transit stop for a family. Didn't try breakfast, we left early.
