Great stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the rooms were beautiful, modern, and clean. Excellent value for money! The complimentary water, coffee, etc. provided at the reception was a very thoughtful touch.

The hotel's location is great, just over a kilometer from a major attraction. The front desk staff are really welcoming and helpful, and there's one particularly lovely young lady who speaks fluent Chinese. They also have a mini-fridge in the lobby with drinks and snacks. Plus, there's a washing machine and dryer on the first floor, which is super convenient.

Chotel hotel is good. Lots of food around. Walkable, and definitely reccomend.
Have some issue first night with pest in the room. Next morning told the reception and they immediately change my room for me. Service recovery was good, room was big enough for a solo travellers like me.
Some mould stains in bathroom and all. But it doesn’t affect me.
Though room is a bit loud and noisy always hearing people slamming door and talking but I love they provided drinks and snacks at the lobby!
Definitely come back if I’m back in HCM.
Thanks to the team making my trip memorable one.

Clean hotel and big bed and big room for a solo travelled! I love it and it’s nearby to a lot of local food!!! The famous Banh Mi Hyunh Hoa is a 5 min walk tooo, nearby to Katinat Coffee and there’s a Circle K right in front of the hotel! Best stay ever

Awesome hotel. Great location. A good jump off point to anywhere in HCM. They also have partnerships with different establishments (gym bro, bep me in, etc.) where you can get discounts.

Everything is good but the room with windows too noisy in the morning as the streets are busy and can’t sleep well from 8am

For this price, it’s really great for Ho Chi Minh. My room key didn’t work, so every time I came back I had to ask the front desk to open my door — I felt a bit embarrassed, haha. But the receptionist was really kind and patient, so I really appreciate her.
The next day at checkout, another receptionist didn’t know about the situation and was a bit shocked when I didn’t have a room key. Thankfully, there was a staff member who could understand Chinese — that was such a relief!😇
I also really love that the hotel has a self-service area where you can get free water and drinks. Not just plain water, but other drink options too. It’s such a great feature!😍

Multiple mould spots in bedroom and bathroom. Shower was a disaster and water would get everywhere, hence the mould issue. The extractor was very weak so condensation would last too long. Only one body towel each no hand towels. Would highly avoid if sensitive breathing issues as throat was sick come the 3rd day. Green wall is about a foot away from bed, hence how I got sick so quickly. Mould and condensate under A/C. I usually never leave reviews (good/bad) but avoid this place
