The staff were consistently helpful and always greeted guests with a smile, which made the experience even more welcoming. I also appreciated the 24-hour reception—it gave me peace of mind knowing assistance was available anytime.
Overall, a comfortable and hassle-free stay in a place that’s close to everything you might want to see and do.
Cafe and Restaurants near hotel
Unfortunately we had a terrible experience with the front desk when we asked for simple directions to the spa, servers being rude, very loud staff with stuff everywhere while they setup for a wedding.
I understand business must be done but it can be done politely. We ended up checking out immediately without causing a problem at the front desk and even paid 500k VND or $20 USD for the hour we were there.
We immediately booked an Airbnb down the road for less price but with amazing customer service, great location, solid WiFi and even free washer dryers in District 1. So my advice is to avoid this hotel and go with a solid Airbnb.
