Our first room was smell weird but we requested to change and it was ok, housekeeper was very noisy in the morning and talked to each other very loud and the room pretty old.

Not a bad hotel. One annoyance for me is a room safe that is not bolted down. It has holes in the bottom & holes in the cupboard underneath. But as you could pick it up & put it under your arm, it is useless. Just checked into another hotel in Nha Trang & it’s the same!

Great location, very convenient for getting around. The staff were helpful and changed our room when we had an issue with the first one. The only downside was a musty smell in the room.

Εxcellent location, very clean, very friendly staff, the room was spacious. The breakfast need improvement, and renew the plates when finished, cause when someone comes late finds nothing to eat

We got upgraded to the VIP room on the eighth floor which was really big- around the size of 2 rooms. Room was clean and well kept. My only issue was that the lift motor was quite noisy. There would be a “thud” sound every now and then when someone takes the lift up. The hotel also has a convenient location.

Easy check in and check out process.
Walking distance to most of the area quite convenient for me as a first timer in HCM and solo traveller.
From toiletries to hair dryer to mini fridge, it’s quite completed given the price of the hotel.

Excellent spot, quiet at night. Any issues that came up were resolved properly by the attendant. Highly recommend.

Conveniently located, flexible with check in times. Not particularly inviting or helpful front desk. Rooms are very dated with thin walls, able to hear all street noises. Don't recommend street facing.

One of the worst possible hotel that I ever saw in my life. Horrible staff... Very uncourteous. It seems all they are interested is, in the wallet of customers without taking care of the needs. Very pushy staff. Hotel itself have crampy rooms and no air circulation. I will never ever go back there again.

We checked out after being there for an hour. We were totally okay with how old the hotel was because you get what you pay for. However friendly customer service can be accomplished free of charge.
Unfortunately we had a terrible experience with the front desk when we asked for simple directions to the spa, servers being rude, very loud staff with stuff everywhere while they setup for a wedding.
I understand business must be done but it can be done politely. We ended up checking out immediately without causing a problem at the front desk and even paid 500k VND or $20 USD for the hour we were there.
We immediately booked an Airbnb down the road for less price but with amazing customer service, great location, solid WiFi and even free washer dryers in District 1. So my advice is to avoid this hotel and go with a solid Airbnb.
