Sense Legend Hotel and Spa in Ho Chi Minh

Probably the worst I have stayed in hcm city. Have stayed in better rooms cheaper than this. Room was dirty, toilet not clean. See the photos for yourself.

The only good thing was probably the lower noise level and a nicely scented lobby. Staff were apologetic but seriously this ain't the way to do business

The hotel 3 star but it not I think 1 star only too dirty towels and the room and more more more

I had one of my worst hotel experiences here. The description of the room on Trip.com is inaccurate. The rooms at this hotel do not have a safe or any kind of lockable storage box. The WiFi only worked in the lobby, so if you plan to do any kind of work, be prepared to work from the lobby. One of the rooms that they offered to me wasn't even clean - the toilet was full of filthy black water and the sink was clogged. The refrigerator in the room that I ended up in didn't even work and it was filthy. On top of that they left a dead cockroach on the night table for me. How thoughtful...

Stay away! Expensive for that you're getting a dirty, room with mold and an old mattress that lets you feel it's metal feathers. When I complained, I got an update, but the room was still dirty and moldy. The owner asked me to leave and go somewhere else, instead of reducing the price. Unfortunately, I came late and had to get up early so that I could not leave. When I told her that it is a lot of effort and I'll loose precious time, she told me then she assumes I am comfortable.

I had this hotel by its good looking pictures. This hotel is either about to out of the business or on its way to switch a new ownership.
It was a mistake to stay such a hotel!
