To the person currently reading this review: DO NOT STAY HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. This hotel is completely infested with cockroaches, spiders and other insects. The whole property is in a very poor state and nothing like the photos whatsoever. Since covid, it’s unfortunately been completely neglected. Furthermore, the owners and staff do not care whatsoever. They will refuse to let you try another room and will not give you a refund (even partially) for you not staying the night. They actually laugh in your face at the request and tell you to leave. After staying in hundreds of hotels and accommodations throughout Southeast Asia over a long period of time - this was easily the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Please avoid. You have been warned.

I had an amazing experience staying with with my family. Good price for accommodating service and central location. The hotel is remodeling, so I would expect a better quality when I stay next time. Good job guys!

Charged me USD18 for twin bed if I stayed for 2N. Then I realized A/C remote no battery. Sent down son to change. And later found out TV remote not working too. So when we go down for dinner, I passed remote to recept saying to change battery & I'll pick up later when return.
Son not feeling well & otw back to room he threw up at lift lobby. Staff just looked on with disgust. After sending my boy up to clean up, one staff approached me saying I've to pay for cleaning services. And it'll cost me USD$5. Huh??!!
When he saw me getting upset, he then said "ok u pay cleaner 50,000vnd". Being more concerned about my boy then arguing abt the US$2+ fee, I paid up & went off.
Came down later to ask abt remote control, & his reply was " not working. I already call TV person. Tmr give u new one". Seriously?! This hotel TV remote is so tuned to specific room's TV that u need to call someone to change battery??!!
I know for sure I'll rather pay the extra US$2 for tonight & check out the next day.

Ok for backpacking people. Fair enough but when planning for a tour. Outside tour is much cheaper compare to hotel arrangement.

Nice place to stay. Is tucked in the alley away from the chaos. Could still hear music/traffic at night but earplugs took care of that. Staff very friendly and helpful. Found us a corkscrew to open our bottle of wine! Good simple breakfast and let us keep our bags there for the days after we checked out.
