This is a great hotel. Pretty lobby for bibliophiles. Elevator is a plus! Room is well appointed with fridge and microwave and AC is strong. Will definitely return here as it is not on a Main Street and it’s quiet. Also it is not in downtown so getting anywhere is not congested and it’s between D1 and the airport.

It's a cute little place, price is reasonable for hcm for sure! Only con I could really think of is that it's in a smaller street, and it didn't have an iron for clothes. The lobby is cute for pics!

Rented 3 rooms here before the day of my departure and the pictures on Google looks way nicer than they actually are. One of our rooms, the door was messed up and you could just push the door open without unlocking it. We had told the front desk and they "fixed" it. Hopefully they truly fix that issue in the future. Overall, it was a safe place, had a fairly comfy bed but was old. There are so many other places to stay for about the same price. But in a pinch, it worked out. Although, this place was in a great location and the people who work there were very friendly.

The hotel is located in a residential building and a small factory. The sanitary environment is average. The facilities in the hotel are generally dilapidated and lack maintenance. There are no facilities to speak of. There is not enough rest space in the lobby and there is no air-conditioning. disappointing.

It's good for an overnight stay, but no more. There is nothing nearby.
Huge towels and a very comfortable bed are a big plus.

This hotel is close to the airport, but a bit far away from District one. The service is excellent. The room is great ,AC works. wonderfully water pressure is good and instant hot water, The room cleaning, and the towel service are great … Overall, it was a great experience staying here !

The reception is so messy.
I was told I could check in early, but the reception said they didn't know, made me wait for hours, and there was no noise from the air conditioner and no soundproofing.

The hotel definitely look stylish, old fashion, but in the room need some touch up, the window is making noise when its windy outside, the room is not sound proof, so we can hear all the noise when ppl chatting in the hallway… the staff check in n out very fast, location is close to district one and starbucks… the price is affordable and cheap… so if you on a budget, this hotel is the one…
