I had a great stay at this charming hotel. The staff were always friendly and available to assist when needed. Adorable and comfortable enough for the price range. I would definitely consider staying here again if I returned to Da Lat. the location is great and plenty of restaurants and things to do close to the hotel.

The room we stayed was smelly of mold that we had to open the window all the time. There were cracks on the wall and when I accidentally touched it, the plasters came off. One evening we discovered a leak on the ceiling of the washroom and water was dropping down. They did fix it. The window curtain was torn out.
This hotel was the worst one of our 2 month trip to Việt Nam. The paint in the room was getting off which made it look dull and ugly. However the cleaners did a great job. The room was cleaned neatly.
The location of the hotel is great , it’s in the centre of Dalat where we could walk and find good food and drinks.

Hiring one floatie for a child and the lady said $500k. $300k for bond and $200k for rental. She was being dishonest. Therefore for the 1 star review. Sad to see this kind of customer services. Therefore not recommend. We could have hire more if she did charge us a proper price. No wonder this place is quiet. Only a few people there. This review is for the purpose of people to enjoy tourism.

Worst, even not cleaned after the customer. The bathroom was fully dirty, especially toilet didnt cleaned. The towels smell so bad, and the color is yellowish. The bed and pillow covers didn't change. They expected us to sleep, and they pretended that the bed and pillows were clean until we showed last customer hairs.
They offered another room which more worst than first. It was smelly, black and green molds everywhere of walls, even waste water manhole much better air quality to breath.
If you wanna stay here, bring your NBC clothes to protect yourself.
There is no way to recommend this place. Also, they change the name Raon. Same hotel same building same rooms.

rooms were fine & clean - apart from we did have a cockroach in our bathroom on the first night! location is fab and walking distance to city but what really annoyed us is that they added extra tax on to our final bill which was not stated before!! very distasteful.

Not really good. Two lights were not working. Wifi connection was bad. It took two weeks to receive the receipt.

Wait 40 minutes don't have anything to eat breakfast. The room too old. The bed is bad. Totally terrible.

i booked this hotel from agoda and was pay on my credit card but after checking out i was told to pay another 900000 vnd cause they say my room is not paid
