Sky Gem Hotel Sora in Ho Chi Minh

Amazing experience and service provided by the reception! We put a request for twin bed if possible during check-in but unfortunately it was full and none was available and was told they will keep a lookout for us. We thought it would be forgotten but no, the reception called the very next morning and mentioned a new room is available! It was a lot bigger than the room we stayed! I consider that as an upgrade. Truly grateful 🙌 everything about the room, cleanliness, services were great. The only downside would be the location being directly opposite the Japanese Town which can get loud and uncomfortable for female travellers. However, not much of an issue for me as I don’t hang around outside the hotel late in the night. Will consider coming back to Sky Gem Hotel Sora the next time I’m in HCM.

I stayed at Sky Gem Hotel Sora for 4 days and had a really good experience. Everything was great for me. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to get around. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would happily stay here again.

Everything was amazing, but the noise from the outside could be disturbing and the cleaning staff in the hallway could be heard frequently

Overall the hotel and room are clean tidy, hygiene facility is fine and well set. The only thing not satisfying is the water pressure which is too low for shower, perhaps due to staying at the top floor. Breakfast is acceptable. Service is nice and well appreciated.

The location is super convenient, and there's a restaurant downstairs owned by the hotel itself, making it perfect for a travel stay.

It was ok but a bit overpriced for what you got in the end compared to other hotels in the area

Absolutely fantastic and incredibly convenient. My only wish is that they had a swimming pool.
