This hotel felt more like a guesthouse. When I booked, it said the room had a window, which sounded good. But when I checked in, there was no window. I asked the staff, and they said some rooms just don't have them. I quickly checked out after one night.

Very Good and Clean place to stay. Thank you for the Property Agent - Robert fast response. This place is very convenient for Couple and Family to stay, very short distance to the attractions such as Benh Thenh market, Saigon Centre, Opera house and etc. You may walk to the Metro (MRT) with 5 minutes walk.

This hotel was based a little more out of the central area than suggested and is inconvenient to stay and check in. No extra support given and you need to check yourself in

The toilet is outside the room. The room is located on the top floor and connected to the rooftop, so leaves and insects often fall into the basin area. There are ants, moths, mosquitoes, and other insects everywhere in the room. Sometimes I get bitten. Water is leaking from the rooftop, and the floor is dusty. There is actually no room service.

I love the place and I would love to stay there again. It felt a bit daunting at first, like, you was left to stay in your friend’s place and not even sure how to go inside, I always think of myself as a tech savvy buy geez…ofc they told me the password but poor me..I don’t even know where to put it. can’t find the key/key card…. Even the key card to enter the main entrance I didn’t know where to tap. we have to learn about how to going in how to getting out the place, the elevator stuck here and there and no one there to help you except on chat (yes, he replied fast… but oh dear… it was raining and all we were so confused) when you learn everything it wasn’t bad… they even have washing/drying machine downstairs I read other review they say it’s free laundry but I didn’t use them

The place is difficult to find cos is inside an alley.....and no one to assist....self check in.
The main gate is so narrow with steep small slope; the lift is worst......such a small area with auto door which do not function as fast as u think.
Someone open n used the ear cotton butt n put back, rubbish bin not fully cleared when checked in
Overall....is not worth that kind of price....u can get plenty of better place in better location

Extended my stay. Cleaning was very poor. No amenities replaced. Shower blocked and overflowing, nothing done about it. Ants all over the floor. Again, nothing done about it. Very poor experience for £20/night.
