I had the WORST 90 minutes massage ever!! I availed their head and foot massage. My head was burned with the hot water and my therapist is so busy using her phone that she only uses one hand for my massage!!! SHE’s SO DISTRACTED!! but, she’s really nice. She was just rough on my head massage. Her nails really digged into my scalp. Worst.

Please don’t waste your money removing gel nails here. The staff didn’t clean the gel properly and my nails became uneven. I now have to pay again to fix it in my country, and my nails have to be filed even thinner

Saigon’s backpacker area is always alive – cheap food, friendly people, and many small hotels. If you’re staying here, do laundry at Dan’s Wash & Stay (185/10 Pham Ngu Lao). It’s a self-service laundry open 24/7 for just 30K per load, super easy and reliable.

The worst hotel I’ve stayed at in Ho Chi Minh.
They completely misled us about the room. The hot water didn’t work, the walls and doors are basically made of paper, and it’s impossible to sleep because every time someone uses water or the elevator, the noise is extremely loud.
The worst part was the reception service. They don’t help with anything, and the receptionist even started shouting at us and became aggressive just because we wanted proof that we were checking out. It was shocking and totally unprofessional.
I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. Avoid it.

I recently had the Luxury 1 Treatment, and it was an absolute delight. The masseuse was incredibly skilled and nice, providing a top-notch service. To add to the experience, they even took the time to dry my hair while I was soaking my feet :))

The location is within a minute's walk from the entrance to Bui Vien Street. I didn't notice any late-night noise as some reviews said.

Simple easy and cheap. Staff are amazing and it's close to everything you need. If you want a simple place to stay this is it. You get what you pay for.

Everything is fine, but because the hotel is located on a night street, it is very noisy at night and the room is not soundproof.

One of the worst possible hotel that I ever saw in my life. Horrible staff... Very uncourteous. It seems all they are interested is, in the wallet of customers without taking care of the needs. Very pushy staff. Hotel itself have crampy rooms and no air circulation. I will never ever go back there again.

We checked out after being there for an hour. We were totally okay with how old the hotel was because you get what you pay for. However friendly customer service can be accomplished free of charge.
Unfortunately we had a terrible experience with the front desk when we asked for simple directions to the spa, servers being rude, very loud staff with stuff everywhere while they setup for a wedding.
I understand business must be done but it can be done politely. We ended up checking out immediately without causing a problem at the front desk and even paid 500k VND or $20 USD for the hour we were there.
We immediately booked an Airbnb down the road for less price but with amazing customer service, great location, solid WiFi and even free washer dryers in District 1. So my advice is to avoid this hotel and go with a solid Airbnb.
