Half a star, honestly. It's basically a guesthouse in a cramped urban village. I only booked it for convenience and even splurged a bit hoping it wouldn't be too bad. Turns out my room was right next to the front desk, so guests were constantly dragging luggage past my door – super noisy. The bathroom facilities were also really basic; a wet/dry separation? Forget about it. 😓

1) Staying in this same hotel on my return trip from Vung Tau, but this time at 2nd floor. Found it is queiter than my last stay at 4th floor, with faint music from the bars, but without direct sun light.
2) The hotel was fully booked, so I stayed at hotel nearby, they are very small and without windows. Luckily able to stay here again, feel at home 😁
3) Many restaurants nearby and easy to catch bus to / from airport. For those who enjoy happy hours, this is the best place, where you can sleep without bustling noise from the bars.
4) The Sai Gon bus terminus is walking distance from hotel, so no problem at night to catch bus back to hotel.
5) Many tour operating companies nearby, easily arranged for my tour to Mekong Delta one day tour etc.

affordable hotel with good service. very clean. close to city but quite far from Malaysia. street and halal food. but highly recommended. 1st we were suprised with the location. it just behind the shop lot. easy to find transportation.

It was the best decision to book our hotel here because it’s near to everything! We have easy access to convenience stores, fast food chains, street foods, supermarkets, etc. Aside from its affordability, its inclusions are already not so bad considering its price. Im impressed. Our stay was fantastic and the staffs were kind.

Great location, a clean room, and a very comfortable bed. There’s an elevator, so taking your luggage upstairs is easy. It can be a bit noisy at night, but earplugs do help.

The room me and my friend stayed in looked nice, but it turned out not to be good at all. The room was on the ground floor, and there were ants in the bathroom and loud noise of unknown origin during night. The location is the best, but I guess there might be better options

Given its prime location in the bustling Phạm Ngũ Lão Street, where space is a premium, the room is indeed quite small. The bed is a fold-out, so when it's open, you can't open the door. On the bright side, it does have a private bathroom. The main downside is the lack of windows, which means the air quality in the room isn't great. Overall, for this location and price, it's still a pretty good deal.

Got this room for a good value. If you're looking for a solo room and don't want to stay in a hostel, this is a room that is good for its value.
