Returning to My Hotel after 2 years - mixed experience this time as a couple. Chose it again for the excellent location (just 1 min walk to Bui Vien area), friendly staff, and fond memories of spotless cleanliness last visit. Service remains top-notch and welcoming, but disappointed with maintenance drop: bathroom had strong sewage smell, rooms feel less well-kept than before.Hope management uses this feedback to restore previous standards - overall okay, but could be great again!"

The hotel has a good location; check-in is possible around 1 PM. The staff are very helpful and speak English.

Location was good, staffs were friendly. The only thing was strong cigarette odor came into the room although windows and doors were closed.

Overall it was alright, but the main drawbacks were: 1. The surrounding decor made the room noisy during the day; 2. Before leaving, I asked the staff for a bottle of mineral water, and they charged me 10,000 yuan, which I thought was free.

Great hotel for the price. Location is 100 stars. Right near walking street and bus stop. Central and perfect to come and go from. Air conditioning was ice cold and WiFi worked well. Not fancy by any means but for me those are the only things I care about and it was very satisfied.

Hello, thank you to all the staff for their friendliness, very kind and helpful employees! The room is relatively good, you have to ask for cleaning yourself, the center and the street of bars are nearby! And the biggest plus is that the room is quiet

The only low point for the hotel is the balcony. I chose a room with a balcony hoping to have a good view of the city, instead it's facing others' apartment where I could see their windows and back balconies.
Overall, room is pleasant.
