I need your help to check the CCTV footage. I stayed in Vietnam for 3 nights, and 20,000 Thai Baht in cash went missing from my luggage. Overall, it's good, but be prepared for constant noise. Locals sing karaoke right under your windows in the evenings, and then at 4:30 AM, they start what sounds like an exercise routine with energetic music. The balcony door does not block out this noise. We weren't informed that the minibar isn't included in the room rate and needs to be paid for separately at checkout. Another disappointment was the lack of a proper gym; it was impossible to work out there due to the heat and stuffiness. Be wary of taxis; they often suggest more expensive options or bicycle rickshaws that are twice (or even more) the price of a standard taxi. The currency exchange rate for dongs was also poor, but luckily, there's a small shop just around the corner with a much better rate. Despite these minor issues, it was generally okay; we lived comfortably. The staff was polite, the air conditioning worked, and breakfast was acceptable. By far, the hotel's biggest plus is its prime beachfront location.
