Clean, relativley cheep. Comfortable bed. Huge room with a window. Bathroom need to be renewed in some rooms. Also some times a but noise from a bar behind, so for me not a problem.

The breakfasts are excellent, and the receptionists are great. The cleaning is terrible, the floor is dirty.

Good hotel. Lots of cafes, shops, and massage parlors around. City center. Sea view only from the balcony. Breakfasts are weak.

I've been staying here for a week. The breakfast is excellent for the price, the room is clean, there are hardly any Koreans, and the staff can communicate in both English and Korean. They're very friendly. It's the best. The value for money is truly the best.

The hotel is of a good standard, a solid three-star in my opinion.
The breakfasts are simple, but better than many other mid-range hotels.
There are no complaints about cleanliness. The fitness center is outdated, but it's functional.
The pool is small, but adequate for this hotel (class).
For the price, the hotel fully meets expectations.

We chose this hotel quickly, for a two-night stay. The price was enticing – 30% cheaper than a nearby competitor. There's nothing to say about the benefits, just the standard "breakfast, pool, paid sauna, parking, and Wi-Fi." However, there are plenty of drawbacks:
1. The crowd. Because the hotel is cheaper than its neighbors, it attracts typical, unpleasant tourists from the CIS.
2. The reception. The girls at the counter work two shifts, but they're too busy: either a rude customer wants something, or they're busy delivering some goods, or they're checking in for registration. In short, everything is difficult and time-consuming.
3. The infrastructure. The hotel is a narrow, tall building (which will lead to the following problems), with two elevators, one of which (according to guests) has been out of order for over a week, although it could be longer. Because of this, you can have a fairly long wait. 4. The room... About 4x6 square meters, a corner dedicated to the bathroom, and the rest is a very narrow passage and a small hallway. No windows. It's completely impossible to breathe.
5. Breakfast. Simple and brief – tasteless and meager.

Bottom line: it's better to pay that measly 30% extra and get a decent, spacious room with windows and full service and amenities.
