At 1 p.m., a staff member entered my room without knocking, woke me up, and later tried to force me to leave, saying I should have informed the staff in advance about the extension. This makes no sense, as the booking was clearly confirmed through the platform.
The situation became even more uncomfortable when the staff member spoke loudly and attempted to make me leave in front of other guests. Eventually, I had to leave and received only a partial refund, with the explanation that the rest was taken as a commission.
Additionally, the photos show a towel provided on each bed, but in reality no towel was given, and I had to buy one myself.
This experience felt highly unprofessional and poorly managed. Entering a guest’s room without knocking and failing to check updated bookings is unacceptable.
The location is also not very convenient, so overall my impression was negative.
