The hotel is a bit tired. Stains on the linens are a problem, and the service is average. Soundproofing is excellent, so you'll hear your neighbors talking. The location is convenient, with everything nearby, including karaoke, which will keep you "drowsy" to the sounds of your neighbors.

We used the facilities and the family suite, and the bathroom was really spacious and excellent. However, there was a difference between the family room photo when booking and the actual room, so I think it would be good if the booking photos were updated if changes are made. The breakfast wasn't particularly lavish, but the service, view, and location were truly great for a relaxing getaway.

This isn't my first time staying here. I'm captivated by the room design, the attentive staff, and the location next to the coral beach. The lobby and the area in front of the hotel entrance are well-organized and perfect for relaxing.

They state they are 4star, but in reality it is like 2star hotel. During 2 week stay we saw - huuge rat, bat and 3 cockroaches near to our bed. Service is bad. My friend and I stayed at Maple Leaf Hotel & Apartment during our trip to Nha Trang, and overall it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. The hotel is a 4-star property in the lively West Quarter, just a short walk from the beach, bars, restaurants, and nightlife — a really great spot if you want to be close to the action and easy beach access.

From the pictures the hotel looks better than it is. I would highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is relatively new with a good location. It locates on a calm street but only about 5 to 10 mins walk to the beach. The room is clean and cozy with enough amenities. Staffs are friendly.

This is really a very beautiful hotel. It's classic boutique style, with a personality all it's own, nicely landscaped. Staff is very attentive and professional and courteous. If you have a problem, ask to connect with the manager.

Nice staff. Location is very good only a couple minutes from the night market and lots of restaurants. Rooms were okay but had a few mosquitoes. Bed sheets were a bit stained. We didn’t get towels and asked for them but had to wait till the evening for some reason. There’s also a spa with massages and nails in reception but we didn’t get any.

Entrance on the first floor is the massage place. **WEIRD bathroom.!!!*** The glass door only blurs about waist height, so from some angle people in the room can see if the other person is using the toilet. Positive side of half blur is I can stand in front of the bathroom glass door, look through the door and use the mirror for makeup ??? and the shower kinda can still see....

Great stay on a budget! As backpackers we thought our double room was ideal and the hotel isn’t too far from the main spots in Nha Trang. Clean, comfortable bed and nice shower. Room is on the smaller side and the excessive amount of furniture doesn’t help but it had everything needed for a great stay!

I stayed for 0.5 nights on the last day. It is located in an alley and is an old building, but it is a good location because it is a short walk to the downtown area. It is good for a short rest at a low price.

Absolutely wonderful rooms. Everything was very clean. I even got lucky and met the owner of the hotel on the rooftop pool. Super cool guy very humble offered me a drink.

This was my first time visiting Nha Trang and we were absolutely delighted with our room. The room was spotlessly clean, and the staff were enthusiastic and lovely ☺️. Clean, spacious and well located. Tv in room doesn’t work, and late checkout is expensive in comparison to room rate. There are no safes in the rooms, so any valuables (passport etc) have to be stored at reception. No restaurant or drinks etc available.

The hotel was booked by a tour operator, the room did not match the order. There was an initial "divorce" for $, according to the principle of surcharge and get previously paid. The staff is stubborn, it is clear that clear instructions are received. In short, the impression was initially set aside. Relative purity, as in most places in Vietnam ... But bearable ...
