Central location with amazing seaview. Staff was nice including receptionists Tiên & Thơm, and kitchen staff. Breakfast was good. Beds are huge. I'd definitely go back.

Everything was good except for one very bad thing: the housekeeping staff took a guest's shirt. I lost a shirt, but I had to go home to double-check if I had simply forgotten it, which is why I'm only leaving this review today. The hotel really needs to review the integrity of their housekeeping staff to avoid negatively impacting the hotel's reputation.

We liked the hotel; we stayed for three days. They upgraded our room to a large two-room suite. There's a Sapphire restaurant nearby, lots of cafes, and a stunning sea view. On the downside, I'd note the poor breakfasts.

It's dirty, they clean it every day, but they never even washed the toilet... they just changed the towels, put the water on and slid a rag across the floor. There is no soundproofing at all, you can hear everything, you can also hear it from the street, even with the windows closed. I don't recommend it. Stayed here twice. First time solo, second - with a friend. Both times were quiet so I guess the walls are soundproof. Air conditioning works properly. The biggest plus of this room is that everything is easily accessible nearby, and most importantly, the sea is a 2-3 minute walk away. Towels and water replaced daily. Cleaning also done every day. Excellent hotel in the city center, almost beachfront. It's nestled in the courtyards, but still in an open spot. The room is clean and spacious with nice renovations, and there's a pleasant rooftop pool that's perfect after a day at the sea.
