If you want to be right in the middle of downtown this was great rooms are a little small but thats expected of a corporate hotel. Service seemed geared toward Russian tourists which was fine the majority of the visitors seemed to be russian but I think putting signs up for guests should mean you also have Vietnamese and English.

Ibis as usual Good 3*** hotel located in central side of this noisy busy croudy city, small clean room, clean shower and toilet, everything is fine for this reasonable price. Bed is comfortable and clean, everyday housekeeping. Tea/cofee set with cups and 2 bottles of water, but plastic cattle is very cheap and old.
Breakfast + Cold swimming pool and massage we didn’t try, nothing to say. On reception feels uncomfortable. On first floor convenience store and restaurant.
For people who like Nha Trang is convenient location, but for us is uncomfortable, sorry… And on reception they ask 50 $ for deposit, hard to understand why?!

Good area - in the Centre of Nha Trang. Many shops/ restaurants and the beach. Breakfast are delicious.

The room was average, and the soundproofing wasn't great. Check-in took a long time due to queues. Service was decent, and they have a kids' play room and a children's pool, which is quite nice and suitable for families traveling with young children.

It was a nice hotel for a nice price at a prime location. Our flight got canceled and we just decided to extend our stay here for another night. Another good thing is that if your flight is late in the evening, you can have a decent late check-out until 6 pm for less than a half price (seems to be a common practice in town).

The biggest plus for this hotel is definitely its location. It's just a few minutes' walk to the beach, which is incredibly convenient. Whether it's a morning stroll on the sand or watching the sunset in the evening, it's absolutely delightful. The room was spacious and clean, simply but comfortably furnished, and the balcony offered direct sea views. The staff were very welcoming; check-in and check-out were smooth, and they even proactively offered some local tips. Overall, it's perfect for guests who love beach holidays, offering both relaxation and easy access to the sea and sunshine.

We enjoyed the family suite as nice and spacious….breakfast was ok but gets a bit boring if staying there for a long time, my kids were disappointed with no orange or apple juice and no pancakes but good egg selection. Could never get a towel at the pool but gym had everything I needed. Great location as close to beach and a variety of restaurants close by.
