Florida Hotel in Nha Trang

I chose this hotel for my last night primarily because of its location. It's super convenient – the airport bus, shopping areas, and ATMs are all nearby. The staff were friendly, and the pool was lovely. Overall, I had a great and relaxing stay.

The bathrobes were stained, and I saw a cockroach in the room. It felt like my neighbors were living inside my room – there were so many noisy families with kids. The city view is only good because of the mountain. The pool is nice, but small. The massage was 400k, and it was average. I didn't try the food. There's a Highlands Coffee just around the corner.

I can say this hotel has a great location in Nha Trang, close to the bank and the cathedral, and only about a 10-minute walk to the beach. The hotel has a nice vibe and the room itself is comfortable.

However, there were a few issues during my stay. I booked a queen bed but received two single beds. The staff tried to solve it by combining the beds, but the middle area was still uncomfortable to sleep on.

There were also some concerns with room access. A cleaning staff member entered my room while I was inside. I assume the “Clean Room” button may not have worked and I didn’t activate the “Do Not Disturb” button, so that may have been the reason. However, on the second day, while I was leaving my room, a staff member tried to tap a card to enter my room in front of me and saying that I was supposed to check out. I showed my booking confirmation and she apologized. I also reported it to reception, but they also mentioned that Im gonna going to check out. 🤔

I believe better communication and awareness among staff would help prevent these situations. As a solo traveler, this made me quite concerned about the safety of my room. I still hope this case couldn’t happen again due to I honestly still prefer this hotel.

Wonderful hotel. Check-in is strictly on time. The room was cleaned every day. It's not far from the sea and convenient. New bottles of water were added daily. There were also items available for an additional charge.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. The rooms could’ve been a touch cleaner, but overall a great place for the price.

I enjoyed my stay so much. All staff is very polite and professional, super clean beds, towels and bathrobes (I didn't want to get out of bed haha). The room service is fast and good. Breakfast is good, especially yogurts. Its very quiet in a hotel which is important for Vietnam. They have a pool with a bar on the 17th floor. The bell boy opens the front door and helps with luggage. The only thing I didn't like is a hotel shampoo and shower gel strange smell like a sausage)) Housekeeping service doesn't disturb early morning and I could sleep well. Nobody touched my personal items in room, appreciated. Will definitely come back soon. Greetings from Bangkok 🤗

We stayed here for 2 weeks, and the price was $20 a night including breakfast. The hotel is good, but it's definitely not a 5-star. The prices fluctuate daily, and the pricing structure is quite confusing. Yesterday it was $80, and today it's $45. For $20-$30 with breakfast, it's an excellent, ideal hotel.

Although it's not a beachfront hotel, it offers great value for money. The beach is just a short five-minute walk away. The rooftop pool is stunning, with distant sea views, and the breakfast spread is generous. The room facilities are comprehensive. Highly recommend a stay here.

We booked an early check-in, but the Vietnamese staff at reception was rude, and early check-in wasn't available; everyone checks in at 2 or 3 PM. The view from the pool is beautiful. Breakfast for a 5-star hotel is more comparable to a 3-star, with very limited options compared to other hotels. The rooms are old, and the bathroom is inconvenient. The area isn't bad, but everything is a bit far away. For about $20 a night with breakfast, it's acceptable, but it definitely doesn't feel like a 5-star hotel. The gym is small, and the equipment is worn out.
