Lovely experience staying in their rooms with beautiful view of the ocean and Vinpearl from my balcony

Excellent hotel. The rooms are big. Purely. Towels were changed every day. And every day they brought toothpaste and soap and gels. The breakfast buffet is very varied. There are both Vietnamese and European dishes. You definitely can't leave hungry. The staff is smiling and polite. On the first floor is not a bad massage room.

It's very nice hotel. The beach is very near and just walking around 500m. You also buy many things at Cho Dam market ( very nearly 700m from the hotel)

Superb soup, orange juice was also amazing.

For the money a great place. Just be sure to take a room with sea view with a balcony, otherwise the window will come out literally on the wall in the hallway.

Good hotel , your stars are fully justified. The service at the appropriate for treshki level. Breakfast is varied and hearty. Maid service every day. Clean small pool on the top floor. Very few Chinese people that can not but rejoice)))

The cosy hotel. Lived on the 10th floor with sea view. The room we had was 1001, this Suite only hotel. The room consisted of 2 large rooms, one of which is bedroom with king bed, the second room a sofa with armchairs, air conditioning and TVs in both rooms , 2 bathrooms ,Jacuzzi in his bedroom behind a glass door. The hotel is okay for 3 stars. The superior rooms have no Windows. If it is important for you to take Deluxe.

Lovely place, great hotel. Daily cleaning with washing floors and changing towels, refilling water and coffee, the food is quite varied + different fruits. The room has kettle, Hairdryer, refrigerator,TV, a / C,safe (all included)...+ free wifi in the room at decent speed.

Lived in superior-a room with no Windows mother-in-law type room,but as the whole day was at sea,endured the hole for the Russian tourists,because in other hotels have not even heard of superior

Next to the beach - very good location. The staff and services provided were great and the lovely breakfast has many options. I also wanted to give a special shout-out to Yen, the receptionist that took really good care of me when I had a cut on my leg. She went above and beyond - giving me the ointment and bandaid available very quickly. Also gave me this one ointment from Vietnam that was effective...

The hotel has had a rough time. The windows are not as soundproof as they say. We had a premium room, front seaview, spacious and good beds and perfect linnen BUT the noise from the street, bussen have a extremere loud hornet! AND the SAILING CLUB right in front of the hotel on the beach (owned by the hotel) makes so much noise in the evening until late night with music and karaoke! It´s horrible...

Its very pleasant to stay here… close to the city centre and walkable to tourist attractions. I booked the sea view and the view was amazing. Not to forget, the staffs are very attentuative and friendly They even open and close the door of the grab’s car whenever we arrived from somewhere. Its about 5 min walk from the busiest part of beach where AB shopping centre was. BAthroom shower head needed a bit of cleaning but otherwise well maintained. Rooms were neat, however shower kept leaking when I showered making it a little slippery and dangerous in the bathroom. Located right across the beach. However at night there is loud music playing from the beach club across the road so if you're an early sleeper this will keep you up

The room description needs to be corrected because it stated there were 'one or more non-opening windows,' but in reality, there are no windows at all – just a fake window facade and a solid wall. This is quite uncomfortable as you lose all sense of time. There are no windows on the floor either. You have to go down to the first floor or up to the 27th/28th floor where the pool and smoking area are...

Very good clean hotel with a very good breakfast in the good location

Good hotel, convenient location, only a 3-minute walk to the sea. The breakfasts were good, and the place was clean. On the downside: there weren't enough beach towels for everyone, and the elevators were under huge pressure. I stayed on the 25th floor, and during peak hours, it could take me about 10 minutes to get downstairs. Overall, I recommend it; I think it offers excellent value for money
