The hotel is located right in front of the beach and within walking distance of department stores and Dam Market. Breakfast was a standard buffet. Reception service very poor. Phoned for early morning call whoever answered couldn’t speak English and hung up had to go down to reception and ask. When asked about someone hanging up on me made an excuse it was automated service , he knew I knew he was lying and I called him out on it and he admitted and apologised. The hotel service was excellent, and the room was quite clean with daily housekeeping. There's a large shopping mall right next to the hotel, and the supermarket inside is huge, well-stocked, and affordably priced. For the cheapest water, the small convenience store across from the hotel is the place to go.

The room was spacious, but the soundproofing was poor, and it was too noisy at night. Kids in the next room kept prank-ringing our doorbell. The breakfast was quite simple, but the fruit was good. The only three-pin socket was by the bed, which wasn't ideal for business travelers as it made working difficult.

location is very great! we stay here one day and a half. It is near by the beach and you can goto the mainstreet by grab. I paid about 3$-5$. Also there are two bathroom so, it was very useful. I think hydraulic pressure is not so good, but it was not that big problem when i get shower. The cost is very reasonable. So, if you need place for short stay, this place will be good for you!

sauna never works, it's stuffed with laundry and garbage. gym same, machines are not working. manager asks for passport on check-in as deposit, but all furniture is cheap and there isnt even minibar drinks, so what's that for?

The hotel is located on the northern side of the city's main road, offering quick access to the center. A good northern beach is also nearby. The view from the window is absolutely stunning, it's clean, and everything's fine overall. It's 20 minutes from the northern beach and 15 minutes from Marina Beach. The staff is friendly, but not all of them. It's livable. The breakfasts are significantly worse than at the Libra Hotel.

It was a pretty rainy day and night in Nah Trang when I stayed at the Luxury Hotel. Because of that rain was running down the wall inside the room. That was not really cool but besides that the room was comfortable, the beach super close, there was a pool and quiet a nice breakfast.

We have been 5 nights in Binh An Hotel, it is the best hotel we had in Vietnam. It was super clean, we had a quite big room with a balcony and could see the sea from there. The owner of the hotel is a family which helped us in every situation and on every question. They also gave us free fruits! All in all it was excellent.

We stayed for over 10 days and have really enjoyed our stay. This hotel is located very close to the beach and the EU quarter. We were impressed how this place is always kept extremely clean. The family owners are very hospitable and will accommodate to any special need. Every day we found a little bonus in our room - fresh portion of complimentary fruit. Loved it!

We rested at this hotel in aberela 2015. All arranged in principle. Breakfast is good for triples. Just did not like that we arrived two adults and a child 7 years old.
