-It was raining a lot during our stay at luxury hotel and the one wall of our room was really wet that even the bed next to the wall got wet, too.
-In our shower was a cockroach and the water pressure of the shower was really low in the evening.

+The breakfast was nice.
+The hotel is really close to the beach, you just have to cross one street and you are there.

The hotel in general was great, the view was amazing. The reception staff was very friendly and extremely helpful especially when I needed help getting ahold of the snorkelling tour company I had booked with. The rooms are clean a they get cleaned every day. The only downside was the breakfast lt was very disappointing as there are not enough choices but everything else was amazing.

The front desk staff were friendly and professional. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-soundproofed, with easy access to local markets and restaurants. However, the breakfast area had unclean floors, mediocre food, and was too noisy due to tour groups. The swimming pool was large and beautiful, offering stunning night views, and the lounge chairs were comfortable.

I really liked the hotel. It had a great pool on the 22nd floor, fast elevators, good breakfasts, and great beds. Thanks for the great stay.

It's worth staying there for an extended period, but it's best to bring your own transportation as it's some distance from the city center.

06.09.2025 Guest

New, clean hotel. Friendly staff, enthusiastic in introducing local specialties. Breakfast is ok for the price. Surrounded by green grocery stores and convenient eateries.

30.07.2025 Guest

A very forced 4-star hotel... The rooms look different from the photos. The bed linens were stained and hadn't been changed even once in a week. The room cleaning was very perfunctory. The breakfasts were disappointing; almost everything was adapted for Asian cuisine, the selection was extremely limited, and the cold meats/sausages were terrible. The beach isn't exactly close, so you'll have to walk; it's definitely not beachfront. There are also no decent grocery stores nearby. On the plus side, the hotel offers currency exchange, which is convenient. Overall, it's not the worst option, but it definitely doesn't measure up to a true 4-star hotel. If you're used to 4-star accommodations in Russia or the UAE, keep in mind that in Vietnam it's a completely different experience. Those who value comfort should consider other accommodation options.

We booked a family room with two rooms and three beds. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful. The room was also cleaned very cleanly. I will consider staying here again next time I have the chance.

All about 10-point service, but the car parking area is still limited.
