In short, it's not bad, but the service is poor.

We stayed on the 11th floor. The rooms are clean, bright, and quite spacious. Cleaning is done daily.

The breakfast is average. It has meat, vegetables, fruit, tea, and coffee.

The hotel is very far from all the attractions. The room is large and the view is beautiful. The staff is very accommodating. There is a relaxation area where you can spend time. The breakfast is very poor; there is nothing to choose from, only soup or eggs. The sea is close by, so you can go for a swim. There is a good restaurant nearby.

It is an OK hotel, and I think it is not an 5 star hotel in my opinion. It could be a 2 star hotel in the guise of a 4 star hotel.

The only major complaint I have is the weak airconditioning in my room. I am not sure if the airconditiing is maintained well as the air is not continuous or intermittent.

For the price, I think it is reasonable. But it does not deserve a high rating.

This hotel is mainly visited by group tourists from other countries.
It's difficult to walk to get to downtown.
The staff is friendly, but they don't care about the Baang situation.

Don't go. It's the worst hotel ever.

I opened the room and there was a problem that couldn't be solved,

This hotel is very nice. The rooms are very clean and the stuff very friendly. They invited me for lunch and the hotel manager drove me to my next hotel. It's a very nice place to visit Nha Trang.
