Good hotel, daily cleaning of rooms, good soundproofing of rooms, delicious food, 5 minutes to the sea, excellent beach nearby, in the evenings you can walk along the seashore or through the pine park along the sea

The selection wasn't huge—two entrees, two main courses, and a salad—but everything was delicious. The sea was nearby, and the beach was surrounded by pine trees. We fell in love with Apsara and will definitely be back

Only at lunch I personally miss tea. The rooms are great, large, cleaned often. The air conditioning works great. It's a snail's pace to the sea through the mini market and pine trees, 3 minutes

It's the best beach in all of Pitsunda! In short, we fell in love with Abkhazia and will definitely be returning to Apsara next year!

The food in the hotel cafeteria was fantastic. The sea is a three-minute walk through a pine grove, and the sea is clean

We stayed at Apsara from August 30th to September 7th, 2024. The rooms are spacious, with a large bed and sofa, TV, hairdryer, and air conditioning. They clean every day, changing the sheets and towels every three days

Probably the best hotel on the coast. Beautiful view from the panoramic windows (even in ordinary rooms), friendly staff, parking next to the house, barbecue facilities

Everything is fine!! The administrators are friendly, benevolent. The location is beauty, wonderful panorama. The food is simple, homemade and delicious

Prices have been stable for several years at the same level, despite the general rise in prices in everything

The rooms are clean, towels and bed linen are changed regularly. Very quiet, good for families

In the kitchen, I recommend paying each time, even if the girls are asked to pay later. Since we had to pay for dinner (perhaps not once), 2 times, as the girls did not remember that we paid for it

Very nice hotel !!! Everything is very clean, beautiful! Delicious food. There is a large heated swimming pool on the roof.

The hotel itself is new. The room is not big. But it smells strongly of sewer... There is a rooftop pool! There is a dining room and a car park.

Thank you very much to the chef Zinaida for her work, for her conscientious attitude to her work, which she does with her soul! This is a rarity these days We will recommend this hotel to everyone and will definitely come back ourselves

A double room cost us only 2 thousand rubles with 3 meals a day !!! The food is simple, homemade, but incredibly tasty and cooked with soul! In other hotels for the money I have not seen this

Excellent guest house. The hosts are responsive and friendly. Located within walking distance from the sea. There is a cafe on site that serves delicious food. The photo on the site is true. I advise.

To the pine beach of Lidzawa 15 minutes on foot, in the other direction - the same amount to the sandy beach of Captain Black. The place is quiet, away from the road

The location relative to the sea is convenient, 300 meters, close to small shops. It must be understood that the village itself is located away from Pitsunda, and from any entertainment

The hotel is family-run, mostly with children, so here children often play ball and other games on the lawn together, they have fun and it’s even good that there is no playground, they come up with their own games and entertainment

Rooms are cleaned every five days, I would like to wash the floor more often and take the garbage from the bathroom, bring toilet paper themselves so as not to ask every time. We also had mold in our bathroom
