The room is excellent, clean, everything is new, and the maids (we stayed on the third floor) are wonderful, polite and attentive. The girls at reception and where we booked the transfer were also friendly

There are two swimming pools, but the water is cool (we wish it were warmer), so we didn't dare swim. There are playrooms with entertainers for the children

The transfer is included in the price, which is a plus and makes getting from Adler to the boarding house easier and more convenient

The warm pool is 26-27 degrees, it's indoor, you need to wear swimming caps, and that's fine! But the sides need to be replaced, they are completely yellow, God forbid they start to fall off! The outdoor pool is much worse, small children just go there to go to the toilet, and on the bottom there is DIRT and MOLD in the form of two circles (I saw it myself, but didn't take a photo)

A comfortable heated pool is just a fairy tale, especially helpful in bad weather. Calm, relaxing atmosphere, very close to the beach, the shore is comfortable and spacious, no fuss and crowds

We vacationed with our family in July 2025! Park Hotel Galina is the best place in all of Abkhazia! Ideally located 300 meters from the crystal-clear sea with an equipped beach, the hotel grounds are beautiful and well-maintained: there's a pond with swans, a mini-zoo, a café-disco, and a dining room with delicious and fresh food

They helped us arrange our transfer and greeted us with ease and clarity. The room has a kettle, air conditioning, and a refrigerator, as well as a private bathroom. An ironing board and iron are available in the hallway

There's also a dining room with delicious food for every taste. The hotel grounds feature a clean, spacious pool, sun loungers around the pool, a playground, and, of course, a wonderful park that's truly delightful

Park Hotel Galina is a wonderful place to relax! We traveled with our children in July 2023 and August 2025. We want to express our deep gratitude to all the staff for ensuring our vacation was worry-free

We stayed at Apsara from August 30th to September 7th, 2024. The rooms are spacious, with a large bed and sofa, TV, hairdryer, and air conditioning. They clean every day, changing the sheets and towels every three days

The location is divine, the rooms are more than simple, in the bathroom there is only a piece of soap and a few shower gels, the towels are white and perfect, no disposable slippers or robes

It's the best beach in all of Pitsunda! In short, we fell in love with Abkhazia and will definitely be returning to Apsara next year!

We are currently on holiday at the Apsara Hotel. We didn't have to wait a minute to check in. They were already waiting for us and checked us in right away. Fruits, first and second courses, everything is good

Only at lunch I personally miss tea. The rooms are great, large, cleaned often. The air conditioning works great. It's a snail's pace to the sea through the mini market and pine trees, 3 minutes

On the terrace, in general, they wash it twice a day, which is not unimportant for me, since I walked there barefoot. The hosts are friendly and answer any questions

Great place to relax! Distance from the village of Ldza 3 km, sparsely populated, a real sandy beach. The food in the dining room is good, the price tag is moderate, for example, 1300 rubles for three

Convenient location next to the sea, sandy beach, outwardly looks good. The road, of course, is inconvenient to it, because of this, a taxi to the center of Pitsunda is expensive
