The room is excellent, on the 11th floor. With a beautiful view of the sea and the lake with mountains. The territory is well-groomed, everything is clean. The beach is spacious, there are enough sunbeds for everyone

The cleanliness of the rooms, cleaning daily. The staff is friendly and attentive. The beach is within walking distance. The pool is clean and big, the water is changed 3 times a week, cleaned every day

They threw towels and swimwear on the beach. I summarize: the price-quality ratio is at the level. For the post-Soviet space for the money I recommend!

Neighbors can not be heard from the word at all. There was nothing particularly harmful. Vegetables, meat, fish, poultry. Not super, of course, but quite nutritious. The sea is the cleanest! They don't steal

There are two swimming pools, but the water is cool (we wish it were warmer), so we didn't dare swim. There are playrooms with entertainers for the children

The warm pool is 26-27 degrees, it's indoor, you need to wear swimming caps, and that's fine! But the sides need to be replaced, they are completely yellow, God forbid they start to fall off! The outdoor pool is much worse, small children just go there to go to the toilet, and on the bottom there is DIRT and MOLD in the form of two circles (I saw it myself, but didn't take a photo)

Irresponsible parents should be fined 5,000 rubles for allowing their children to pee in the pool (they should sprinkle a special powder that turns blue when they pee in the pool) and cleaned thoroughly so that people don't want to swim there

The pools leave much to be desired because they are DIRTY and impossible to swim in

A wonderful boarding house with a huge, beautiful, and well-maintained private grounds, a wide beach area with umbrellas, awnings, and sun loungers. There are four cafes and a variety of food options to suit every taste

Many rooms have been renovated, a beautiful sand and pebble beach. The entrance and the sea is perfect. Descent to the sea by elevator or stairs - to the right of the building

Around the hull are pine trees and many beautiful mimosa magnolia trees and shrubs

But! Why isn't the toilet working???? Again, we are not picky, but. Also stated cable TV in the suite, but! 5 channels are working, and all the shops are on the couch. They promised to fix it, we are waiting, sir

The cinema hall and shops do not work for the same reason. There are currently no umbrellas on the beach. The beach is sandy, the entrance to the sea is pebble. The bathroom on the beach is being renovated

And all this without additional surcharges, as it happens in Turkey. The room is quite large, carpet on the floor, but clean, linen, towels are clean, changed every 3 days. The toilet is terribly a bit of a sewer

There is a large swimming pool on the territory of the hotel, they clean it, but bugs, dead wasps still swim, but the children liked to splash around there. The pool is half sun, the water is warm

Gorgeous mountain views through panoramic windows and doors. Delicious varied breakfasts are included, which was sooooo pleasing on vacation. Own cafe with a normal price tag. Near a lot of shops, 5 minutes to the sea

We went to the reception and asked to change the room, we were told it might work tomorrow or today, but instead of 4 beds there will be a folding bed, we agreed, and we were given a room on the 3rd floor, the second building

A comfortable heated pool is just a fairy tale, especially helpful in bad weather. Calm, relaxing atmosphere, very close to the beach, the shore is comfortable and spacious, no fuss and crowds

There's also a dining room with delicious food for every taste. The hotel grounds feature a clean, spacious pool, sun loungers around the pool, a playground, and, of course, a wonderful park that's truly delightful

There's a large, heated pool with a children's area! Ruzanna's excursions are fantastic!!! Many varied and interesting routes at reasonable prices! Experienced drivers (especially Artur!)

We vacationed with our family in July 2025! Park Hotel Galina is the best place in all of Abkhazia! Ideally located 300 meters from the crystal-clear sea with an equipped beach, the hotel grounds are beautiful and well-maintained: there's a pond with swans, a mini-zoo, a café-disco, and a dining room with delicious and fresh food

They helped us arrange our transfer and greeted us with ease and clarity. The room has a kettle, air conditioning, and a refrigerator, as well as a private bathroom. An ironing board and iron are available in the hallway
