We really liked the rooms. The furniture was nice, everything had soft-close controls, so nothing slammed. Good internet was a big plus. I'd like the mattresses to be more comfortable; they were very soft and sagged easily. Separate beds for a married couple aren't very convenient. Coolers on each floor would be nice. The tap water, as we were told, was from a well, but it left an unpleasant residue in the kettle. Excellent water pressure was a big plus. The TV and cable were good. We never tried the tangerines in the dining room; the persimmons were carried out and people devoured them all. The "first come, first served" concept isn't quite right. This fruit needs to be distributed among everyone or increased. The large, well-stocked library is a delight, a plus. The gym is good. There's a wonderful tennis court and a decent basketball court, as well as an excellent mini-football field. Overall, with the exception of minor details that I can't even remember, the vacation was excellent. My wife and I really enjoyed it, and we're looking forward to another trip next year.

Hello, I stayed from September 15th to September 26th, 2025. Everything was wonderful, well done. The only issue was with the transfer when I went to the boarding house, but the return trip was smooth. The vast grounds cater to every taste: for children, athletes, and for a relaxing holiday, the sea is clean. I loved everything.

Very good hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms, cleaning daily. The staff is friendly and attentive. The beach is within walking distance. The pool is clean and big, the water is changed 3 times a week, cleaned every day. Food is a whole other story. Just in abundance, very tasty and for every taste and color, as they say.

Excellent boarding house. The rooms are clean. Toilets are clean. The territory is wonderful. Your own beach. Sunbeds on the beach are free. There is a swimming pool, football field, tennis court. You can play there for free. There are souvenir shops on the premises. The area is very beautiful. Everything is well equipped. Food in the dining room buffet. They cook delicious. You can also buy a glass of chacha or wine at the bar at dinner. The center of Pitsunda is 2 km away. You can order a car directly at the boarding house. To the Pitsunda market 150 rubles. To Gagra 200 rubles. In general, the impressions are excellent. I advise. The price matches the quality.

Yes, sovdep! Yes, everything is old, but cozy! They are fed with dietary food, but they were full! But what a gorgeous sea! We were from the end of August to September 5th. We were lucky with the weather, the sea is warm, velvety, a little stormy, but it's not scary.
All in all, I liked it and hope to be back. We are not picky.

My son and I quite enjoyed it. Of course, if you want, there is always something to complain about. But we won't.
Let's start in order - the transfer had to wait an hour and a half, a seven-seater Mercedes with air conditioning took us, we arrived comfortably and quickly. There were no problems at the border.
The room is excellent, on the 11th floor. With a beautiful view of the sea and the lake with mountains. The territory is well-groomed, everything is clean. The beach is spacious, there are enough sunbeds for everyone. The room provided special towels for the beach (you could not drag your own). The pool is clean, there is a cafe by the pool. In the cafe they took fried trout and a boat. Delicious incredible!
The animation is unobtrusive, but we didn't need it. There is a library, a children's room, a gym, tennis courts, a cinema hall (they showed movies every day - we also went to watch a couple of times). Cleaning daily. The maid is friendly. The room is good, newly renovated. Neighbors can not be heard from the word at all.
Three meals a day buffet. There was nothing particularly harmful. Vegetables, meat, fish, poultry. There are few fruits. Delicious for tea. Not super, of course, but quite nutritious. They weren't hungry.
The sea is the cleanest! They don't steal. They threw towels and swimwear on the beach.
I summarize: the price-quality ratio is at the level. For the post-Soviet space for the money I recommend!
