I also really enjoyed the breakfast — there was a good variety of options to choose from, and it was served until 12:00, which allowed us to sleep in and enjoy a relaxed morning. The bed was large and very comfortable, and the standard room had enough space and storage for two people.
We also loved the massage at the spa. We were offered complimentary fruits and juices, as well as a free Turkish bath for two, which was a very nice touch.
The restaurant prices are fair: you can have a delicious sea bass fillet for €12 and a Caesar salad for €7. Overall, I would rate the food 4 out of 5 stars.
The only downside for me was that smoking was allowed everywhere — in the rooms, the restaurant, and even in the pool area. However, despite this, I would definitely choose this hotel again when staying in Tirana.
The only turn off for me was the spa, while it was great to access 24hrs, it also explains why the pool and jacuzzi was very dirty. It had evident of particles both big and small in it, made me really uncomfortable. I recommend having atleast 2hrs shut down for cleaning. Also checkin might be more detailed and attentive. We complained about the TV network but no one came to address that thankfully it was a smart TV so we were able to log in to YouTube.
The service is premium, rooms are spotless and spacious !! Best thing about the hotel, aside from the awesome staff, is the 24/7 heated pool and jacuzzi!! All in all, an awesome experience and I know for sure that I’ll be back !

The location was great, there is a bus stop just outside the hotel to take you to town and Teg shopping centre. No need for a taxi, the bus is very reliable every 5-10 minutes. I loved my stay at Privilege Hotel & Spa. I would return and I recommend the hotel.
