We reserved this hotel through Booking.com for a family trip. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The rooms were spacious, clean, and tidied daily. The food was delicious, with a great breakfast buffet. The swimming pool was well-maintained and family-friendly, with facilities for young children. The hotel’s location is ideal, just a short walk from the city center, with public transport easily accessible. They also allowed us a late checkout at 4 PM at no extra cost. Our stay was fantastic, and I highly recommend this hotel without hesitation.

We made a reservation through the hotel’s official website for two nights in August. Upon arrival, we were told that our reservation did not exist, even after showing them the confirmation email. Instead of admitting their mistake, they offered us a room 30% more expensive, with humiliating arrogance and zero professionalism. They left us stranded at 10:00 p.m., forcing us to find another place to stay at that time of night. A shameful, disgraceful experience, typical of a terrible hotel. I would not recommend it to anyone.

We came in a off season time when we we're the only guest, that didnt them to give us an very nice breakfast every morning and serving us with a very nice smile. The workers are very kind, although some off them have difficulties with english, they treat us amazingly. The location IS good in the sense off the capacity to walk to the city center with ease but the last street to enter the hotel is a little bit scary. Overal a very nice stay

Found the staff lovely and very welcoming. They couldn't do enough for you. The hotel itself is a bit tired and a bit stuck from previous eras nothing that a lick of paint , some new furniture , new curtains bedding wouldn't sort out. Didn't really like the breakfast apart from the rolls which were nice and fresh . Overall good for the price we paid

Firstly, the condition the pool was filthy.
Additionally, our dining experience was extremely disappointing. Despite being informed that the kitchen opened at 1 PM, we waited for two hours for our food. When the chicken breast finally arrived, it was undercooked and inedible. The high prices further exacerbated our frustration, as the quality of the meal did not meet even basic standards.

This family run hotel is fantastic. I can't thank the staff enough for making me feel so welcome and we're happy to help me with anything during my stay. The rooms are a great size and are super clean. The breakfast options were fantastic and tasty. The pool area and gardens are so tranquil, it's hard to believe you are in a city, while you are relaxing by the water. The city center is only a 15min walk away. I will definitely be staying at the Orchidea again when im in Tirana.

The most amazing time, very nice people, good pool with good service! They went above and beyond for us to have a nice stay. We loved the owners and their kindness. The hotelrooms were big en very clean.

This is the place you want to stay when you visit tirana. Beautiful rooms. Clean and comfortable.pool is just amazing for hot summers. Clean and refreshing. Breakfast is undescrideable. Tasty! Don't forget to try croissant! And lastly the personnel, so kind, funny and accommodating. Just wonderful! I'd give 10 stars if I could.
