“An absolutely five-star experience! Outstanding service, luxurious atmosphere, and exceptional food. Highly recommended

Have stayed 2 times overnight and always experienced loud music in late hours throughout the hotel. First time it was quite decent and barely heard in the third floor, second time it ended at midnight and even in the second floor you felt in your bed like on a dancefloor. But maybe I was just unlucky, because it was off season. Besides that the food was always great and people were friendly.

A great experience on my daughter’s birthday tonight. Delicious food, beautiful view and a comfortable stay. The owners are the kindest people I have ever known, they made the birthday dinner even more amazing by providing a birthday cake for us and taking care the place felt like home. Such a warm atmosphere, so thankful and grateful for such a hospitality. Definitely recommend!

My guide drove me to this hidden place for lunch last week. It was a very hot day but as we left the highway and drove among the trees next to a little stream, the temperature cooled down significantly. The restaurant associated with the hotel has both indoor and outdoor dining options. We had simple lunch which was well made and reasonably priced. It is a great local retreat.

Amazing experience at this hotel! Rooms were very nice, food was amazing, and the views were awesome! There are hikes you can take to see the entire area from a vantage point and there is an 800 year old church near by. Definitely would recommend stopping here if you are travelling through Albania :)

I arrived late-ish at 21:00 with my dog and the staff was extremely friendly they said the kitchen would wait for me to shower and get ready so I could eat something. Located in a beautiful place it was a great location for a rest. Can only recommend, would visit again anytime.

My trips to Lezhe are often business related. Always stay at Liss. Wonderful place with parking. Rooms are new and modern, all the amenities you need to setup and check some emails. The beds are comfy, super clean, spa slippers, and the staff is very accommodating. And it is in the center of Lezhe. Walking distance to everything, even the great castle.

Good rooms, the food for me is good, there is a parking but need to drive to it ss it is other side of the building, generally all is good and the staff and the owner are very friendly.

The front desk staff was amazing. She walked us outside to show us where to park and answered all our questions. We loved the restaurant for dinner. It is a bit noisy but it is on a busy street so it was expected. The shower had a few hairs in it that weren’t ours and the shower drain didn’t work well. However overall it was a great stay!

Rooms are very clean and yes there's a busy way in front of the hotel but inside you don't hear anything. Very helpful staff and very nice. Dinner in the restaurant is very good and affordable. Also breakfast was good.

We stopped here for dinner on our journey through Albania to Greece and must say the Spaghetti carbonara we had was superb and good value. We had a lovely stay! The service was incredible. Everyone was generous, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Dinner was delicious and very reasonably priced! A very nice place to stay! I really liked the big area with different houses, a clean and nice pool and some nice extras like a small bridge over a small brook. A magnificent hotel, uniquely and artistically designed. There's a museum and restaurant with lovingly collected objects, typically Albanian, historical, handicraft, etc. The staff is extremely friendly, and the chef is fantastic, preparing individual requests with Albanian traditions. Our first stay in Albania and we were made to feel like we were family Shebra and Luca were lovely. They welcomed us with free beers, gave us a tour of the on-site museum and a taste of his fabulous raki. To all the ratings here, keep in mind that Rafaelo is divided in 3 parts. Rafaelo normal with the sections A to H. Next Rafaelo Executive (Maritim) with higher standards and exclusive Pool usage.
