Moly was an exceptional hostess. She even contacted us via WhatsApp to prepare our room for arrival. We had the top floor room overlooking the area and it truly felt like royalty. The service was wonderful and welcoming. The food was also super tasty and nicely priced. We had to shorten our stay unexpectedly but wish we could have stayed the full. The only issue I had was something you couldn't change or control from the hotel but the location itself. Be aware you will hear dogs barking and roosters crowing all night. Beyond this, the service and food was wonderful and I felt very welcomed. Would recommend it!

The room I stayed in was really beautiful and looked quite stylish. The air conditioning, WiFi, and everything else worked perfectly. The room was clean, and I especially loved the restaurant area. The soft background music while dining was lovely. The food was delicious, and I particularly enjoyed the panna cotta. If you go, I highly recommend trying the panna cotta! Also, the staff were really kind. I would love to come back again and would highly recommend it to everyone.

ROOM NO. 502 DOOR CAN NOT LOCK. BATHROOM SHOWER WATER FLOW IS TOO SMALL.

One of the worst hotels I've ever been to.
I was assigned Room 203 and I liked it at first until I went to use the WiFi.
Everyone was using this room's WiFi.
Please change *all* WiFi password,make them difficult/unique and only give the password to the person in the room that the password was assigned to.

Comfortable beds. Acceptably clean. Nice views from higher floors. Fast wifi. Fridge was broken.
Breakfast was fine with a few hot options, fruits, cakes, and standard beverages.
The hotel is located outside of the city center (not walkable) with no restaurant options in walking distance. We had dinner at the hotel, which earned 1 star only because no one got food poisoning. We ordered 2 dishes and a salad. It took about 30 minutes to get the salad and another 30 for the first dish. 30 minutes later, we asked and discovered they had forgotten about the second dish. Others in our group had a similar experience. The food was not worth the wait.
