We had amazing week, very clean rooms, tasty breakfast and kind service. One thing that we should highlight is the temperature of rooms, really warm in this cold weather. In the center of the city, close to everything.

Alis Hotel was a great place to stay! The location is perfect—right in the center of Shkodër but still peaceful and quiet. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the good breakfast and the warm welcome. I would definitely stay here again!

This is honestly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this place.
First of all, there was no water in the room. The shower doesn’t even work properly — how can you run a hotel without basic water supply? The rooms are filthy and smell disgusting. The fridge is so rusty, it looks like it’s been there since ancient times.
The walls are paper thin — you can hear every single noise from other rooms. There’s no privacy and no peace. The bathroom is ridiculously small, it’s impossible to move around. And to make it worse, the water tap handle is broken. Seriously, this place is falling apart.
For the price they charge, this is a complete scam. It’s unhygienic, outdated, and disrespectful to paying guests.
Save your money, save your time — DO NOT STAY HERE. I regret booking this hotel and I hope others don’t make the same mistake.

Modern structure. Very central location. Walking distance to many restaurants, bars, coffee shops, retail shops.Very good breakfast relative to our experience at Bosnia, Serbia.Very clean rooms. Electrcity cut three times but they have generators. AC not cooling to the desired temperature although working.

Excellent Location, Newer Hotel, Free street parking, Greeting Staff, elevator to the room is in the dining room, our room was tiny, but clean, they accommodated free water, couple sodas and a plate of fresh grapes. bathroom was even smaller, had to step into the shower to close the bathroom door!! Shower head was bigger than the shower! Bathroom floor was not clean. Breakfast very average. Conclusion $75 for this room was not worth staying there!!!
