I had a great stay at this hotel. There’s a market right downstairs which was super convenient, free parking, and I felt very safe thanks to the 24-hour surveillance and even a night worker keeping an eye on the cars. The buffet at dinner was amazing with so much variety and free dessert and and free tea,same goes for the breakfast which was the tastiest and plentiful brrakfast i ever had in a hotel.My room was big, spotless, and felt brand new with luxurious bathroom. The location is perfect ,the castle and lake are close by, the city center only about a 15-minute walk, and it’s a very nice area.Also, it’s great for traveling onwards since you can avoid traffic easily. I would definitely recommend staying here!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I stayed here with a group of friends and booked the room on the top floor with lake view.The hotel is new and the rooms are large and clean.Both dinner and breakfast were delicious.Would reccomebd to anyone travelling to Shkodra!

“Fantastic experience! The hotel was very clean, the staff extremely friendly and always helpful. The room was cozy and comfortable, with everything you could need. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient with a big supermarket just downstairs and free parking available. The buffet exceeded my expectations it had plenty of tasty options, fresh dessert, and even complimentary tea throughout our stay. My room was spacious, and the bathrooms felt very luxurious, and it is a new hotel and with everything new which made it very comfortable. The castle and lake are near, and the city center can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot. It’s also a quiet area, perfect for resting, and if you’re traveling further, the location makes it easy to get on the road without getting stuck in traffic. The staff were friendly and always willing to help and spoke both turkish and english, which made the whole experience even better. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the beautiful city of Shkodra!

The room I stayed in was absolutely sad. The bed sheets and pillow cases were washed but still had dirty stains. Washroom had sewage smell from the drain.
The tv had nothing on it.
Moreover there was so much noise coming from ppl on the floors past 11 pm.

Staff were really amazing people. Place needs major upgrades

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Arifi . The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The staff were friendly and always helpful. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options. The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again!

I stayed at this hotel during a tour, so I didn't book it myself. It was the worst hotel of the tour. The room was barely lit, with no reading lamp by the bed and only dim lighting in the bathroom. Instead of a closet, there was just a wire rack with nowhere to hang anything. And, worst of all, there were no curtains or blinds to darken the room, and outside was a gas station with a neon sign. From some rooms, you could climb onto a roof and see into other rooms. The food was mediocre; much of it was cold. The sons of the owner's family were in charge of the drinks, but they had little desire to work and preferred to look at their cell phones. For example, the wine was served in a cognac snifter. The tables weren't wiped down. I would strongly advise against booking this hotel.

Hotel Arifi is located from the city centre with just a few minutes walk, right next to it you can find a supermarket which is very handy. Double room was big enough, also good value for the money. But definitely he strongest point are the people who are running this hotel. It is a family business and you can feel it there. Hospitality on the highest level. Friendly people willing to help offered us warm meal after on the house our trip and it was home made decilious tarditional Albanian dinner. Also, you can every evening buy an ''open buffet'' which is 6 euros per person and enjoy traditional Albanian cuisine of soups, salads, grilled vegeables, meats and desserts. When we asked to change the room since I made a mistake with booking one bed instead of two, it was no rpoblem at all and we got bigger room the next day. Before we travelled back, they gave us ice coffee for free which I really needed at that moment. I have been in many hotels, but this place and this family will leave me with very good memories and experiences about Alanian people. Highly recommended! Joanna & Misia

I highly recommend this hotel. What truly makes it special is the warm and welcoming family atmosphere. The owners are exceptionally kind and caring - (Patrick the son of the owner is particularly helpful and kind), and it really shows in the way the hotel is run. The rooms are modern, comfortable, and recently renovated.

The front of the hotel opens onto a pedestrian street with no car traffic, creating a calm, park-like setting that feels perfect for Shkodër. Breakfast is a typical savory Albanian breakfast, but if you prefer something sweet, just ask—they’re happy to accommodate.

To top it off, they own the lovely ice cream shop right next door, the perfect treat at the end of the day.

The hotel is very close to the city center. After getting off the bus, you have to walk a bit, but there's parking available. The rooms are very clean, and the bathrooms and toilets are newly renovated. We stayed half-board, and the dinners were wonderful. The soups and grilled dishes are especially wonderful. This is a family hotel, and all the staff are very attentive and friendly. Definitely worth your stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is modern, maintained, and incredibly comfortable. The owners are truly warm and hospitable — they made us feel right at home. The food was absolutely delicious. This is definitely a place we’d love to return to on our next visit to Albania. Highly recommended!

The hotel is very well mantained and is also a family business. The people there are very professional and welcoming.
We arrived quite late in the evening and they not only prepared a room for us (without reservation), but also opened up the kitchen and prepared food for us in the middle of the night....I haven't seen such dedication from hotels before.
This place will forever be our go-to hotel when visiting Albania!

We had an amazing experience at Hotel Blini in Shkodra and can’t recommend it enough! What truly sets this hotel apart is the owner, without a doubt the best we’ve ever encountered. His genuine passion for the hotel shines through in everything he does. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel incredibly welcome, always checking in and asking for our feedback to make sure everything was perfect.

The rooms are beautifully designed with every detail thoughtfully chosen, and everything feels fresh, clean, and modern.

As for the facilities, Hotel Blini has everything you need: reliable WiFi, air conditioning, and even an iron, which was such a helpful touch. Everything works seamlessly, and you never feel like you’re missing anything.

If you’re heading to Shkodra, don’t think twice, stay at Hotel Blini. The service, atmosphere, and genuine hospitality all makes it a truly memorable place. I will definitely be coming back!
