Every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations! Great and hospitable staff who were all amazingly nice to us 🥰 And the beds and the room- so comfortable! We really felt like being at home. The location- walking distance from all city sites including the castle and the city center. We would really recommend Kompleksi Arifi to anyone visiting Shkoder! Our stay at Kompleksi Arifi in Shkoder was just on point! We had the comfiest beds, a spacious room, fast wifi connection, a beautiful view from our balcony, a perfectly cooked breakfast every morning and the friendliest of staff! They helped whenever we needed anything, and for that we would like to say a massive thank you 🙏 Proper Albanian 🇦🇱 hospitality

I highly recommend this hotel. What truly makes it special is the warm and welcoming family atmosphere. The owners are exceptionally kind and caring - (Patrick the son of the owner is particularly helpful and kind), and it really shows in the way the hotel is run. The rooms are modern, comfortable, and recently renovated.
The front of the hotel opens onto a pedestrian street with no car traffic, creating a calm, park-like setting that feels perfect for Shkodër. Breakfast is a typical savory Albanian breakfast, but if you prefer something sweet, just ask—they’re happy to accommodate.
To top it off, they own the lovely ice cream shop right next door, the perfect treat at the end of the day.

The hotel is very close to the city center. After getting off the bus, you have to walk a bit, but there's parking available. The rooms are very clean, and the bathrooms and toilets are newly renovated. We stayed half-board, and the dinners were wonderful. The soups and grilled dishes are especially wonderful. This is a family hotel, and all the staff are very attentive and friendly. Definitely worth your stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is modern, maintained, and incredibly comfortable. The owners are truly warm and hospitable — they made us feel right at home. The food was absolutely delicious. This is definitely a place we’d love to return to on our next visit to Albania. Highly recommended!

The hotel is very well mantained and is also a family business. The people there are very professional and welcoming.
We arrived quite late in the evening and they not only prepared a room for us (without reservation), but also opened up the kitchen and prepared food for us in the middle of the night....I haven't seen such dedication from hotels before.
This place will forever be our go-to hotel when visiting Albania!

We had an amazing experience at Hotel Blini in Shkodra and can’t recommend it enough! What truly sets this hotel apart is the owner, without a doubt the best we’ve ever encountered. His genuine passion for the hotel shines through in everything he does. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel incredibly welcome, always checking in and asking for our feedback to make sure everything was perfect.
The rooms are beautifully designed with every detail thoughtfully chosen, and everything feels fresh, clean, and modern.
As for the facilities, Hotel Blini has everything you need: reliable WiFi, air conditioning, and even an iron, which was such a helpful touch. Everything works seamlessly, and you never feel like you’re missing anything.
