This was the worst hotel experience we had on our trip. The balcony door and blinds were broken. When we arrived, there was no staff there, so we had to ask strangers how to check in. There was also no Wi-Fi in the room or on the balcony. The "garden" was just a construction site with no seating, but lots of trash. We asked to leave earlier, but the owners refused to refund any money (we did anyway). This place was nothing like the advertising. Avoid it!

What a great find. Reception is a bit odd around the back of the building and it's not manned all the time which can be interesting. no lifts so please take that into account. However it has beach access across the road and a bar plus a very fine restaurant on the ground floor.

I absolutely recommend this hotel. It is unpretentious in their rooms - but the service is absolutely awesome, the breakfast buffet is way better than some better known hotels I've stayed in, and it's literally across the road from the beach. Linda, the owner, couldn't be more accommodating or helpful to any and all of our needs - a hardworking woman who seems to run everything around! With a heart of gold. This place is a super-hidden gem - an extremely cheap place to stay for a short true summer vacation. Absolutely recommended! :)

Great service. Great breakfast. Great view from the room on the sea. Air conditioning, new towells almost every day, and TV which in Euro 2024 time was very important for us. WiFi helps to organize private stuff and work, but from time to time it's unavailable, similarly internet connection from albanian simcard. Rooms slightly old-fashioned, limited place to store clothes, but beds were very comfortable and that was totally enough for us to claims this family (!) hotel one of the best in the region. Close to the sea (50m) and even closer to own hotel restaurant with the most delicious food nearby. Hope you will have all tourists you truly deserve!

The hotel was very nicely situated opposite the beach. It was extremely clean and the breakfast was excellent. The host Lydia was so nice and nothing was too much trouble. The lady cleaner was lovely and the room was kept spotless. We very much look forward to returning.

We spent few nights there out of season. Hotel is close to see and as we were only guests lady provided us great service including great breakfast - great start of each day. Rooms are not equipped with latest modern furniture but clean.

Be careful when booking room from this hotel. We booked 35m2 room with a garden view for 11 nights and we paid a full amount. We got 21m2 room with a noisy (water recycling system) and messy backyard view. (They gave us a room with no garden view and room was 14m2 smaller room than we booked/paid). The hotel refused to give us the room we paid for and didn't refund the price. I travel a lot and stay in different hotels. I have never had scam like this from a hotel. Hotel had a good breakfast and polite service at the beach.

We are staying here for 4 nights. The rooms are pretty basic but clean, breakfast is basic but nice, their beach is clean and not crowded and the building itself is cose to the promenade but just far enough not to hear the music and noise. We are enjoying our time here.
Their restaurant, on the other hand, is something else. We had lunch here, spaghetti carbonara and bolognese (they were the cheap "okay" versions) the pizza was good, the prices were okay. However, come dinner time and my family not being hungry, I went to have a pizza on my own. I was the only guest in the restaurant. I asked for a pizza salami (as the waiter told me they can't make Diavola for some reason). I was quite surprised when I got it as the two halves were completely different but looked on the funny side and just ate it. And after that I waited for 25 minutes and not once did the waiter appear. He was sitting inside the restaurant with his mobile. I gave in after 25 minutes and went up to him to pay. I am not best pleased.

The rooms are big and very clean, the owners are really kind, the breakfast is delicious! The view from the balcony is beautiful too. No complaints, would highly recommend.
