Clean, respectful host, quiet, nice view from balcony, receptionist offered me coffee. Would recommend!!

We stayed at the hotel during 2 different nights, a forth night apart. Easy to find, and the best feature is the free car parking. During the first night we had a quiet room, probably renovated, with a fridge but no coffee facilities. Relatively simple breakfast. Very friendly and helpful personal. During our second stay we had a non renovated room, along the street. Street noise until late in the night. In the middle of the night we ran out of toilet paper. In the morning we asked for it, and after quite a while a pack of paper napkins was brought… The location along the road is its best but also worst feature because of the infernal road traffic. All in all, the ratio quality/price is not that good.

A very nice hotel, with a good location close to everything in Durres. The beach, which is not very nice, is only 5 min away, the amphitheater is 2 min away, and the center is just behind the corner. The staff is very friendly and english speaking. We had parking right in front of the entrance, and a balcony with a tiny sea-view. The room, the bathroom and the beds were fine.

I discovered this small hotel by chance while trying to find a place for the night. The hotel is beautiful, tastefully decorated and made me feel at home almost instantly. Staff that I encountered during the several times I was in and out of the hotel vas very professional and courteous. This is a family owned business as I learned, and everyone serving the guests treated me as part of the family! A great display of excellent Albanian hospitality values! I look forward coming back at NAIS! Thank you for the experience.

Smashing hotel. Neat, homely room with a view over the colourful port and old rooftops. Right by the main town square and seafront streets but quiet and has its own parking. Really friendly family-run place, helpful staff. Excellent, particularly at something like €45 per night. Good memory of this place.

Excellent hotel, very close to the sea,bars and restaurants. I stayed in a room with Seaview, excellent room, but noisy at night,with cars racing and dogs barking. The staff at the hotel made it very good, especially the girls who served the breakfasts, always having a laugh. Overall a great stay there.

Situated in the center of the city, near the old wall, it is the best place to rest when you have a business trip in Durres. Traditional breakfast and a homemade special wine in the evening. Main shop street is few metres from the hotel.

Comfortable older hotel with modern bathrooms and a lift/elevator. Friendly staff give it a guesthouse feel. Ample breakfast with cheeses, homemade pastries and preserves. Coffee shops, shops and bars nearby. 2 min. walk to Venetian tower, 5 min. to amphitheater. Taxi to bus/train/boat 5 Euro/600 Lek.

Its 2 minutes walk from the Amphitheatre, 5 minutes walk from the archeological museum, 1 minute walk from the Venetian tower. The rooms are very clean and staff professional. It feels like home especially after one tries home made breakfast cakes.
