As a young couple with a baby we booked a luxury room for a 4 nights stay with the ALL INCLUSIVE package.. but let me tell you that:

when we arrived in the room, no baby bed. When we went at the reception to RE-demand it they said “We don’t have any, just put the baby sleep in the middle” 😂 we had to get angry to finally get one. They came in our room and just left the unassembled crib on the floor.

There is no coffee machine, no kettle, a safety deposit box that doesn’t work and one poor bottle of water in the fridge for the whole stay.

We found 6 big cockroaches in our room for 4 days, even tho we never left one windows open during the stay, they came from a Hole in the bathroom.

There is no shower head in our bathroom. Just imagine to wash a baby in this condition.

The floor of the shower is only granite tile, perfectly slippery and dangerous.

For 2 buildings, they have 2 baby seats in the whole restaurant.

For an all inclusive package you don’t even get real sodas or bottle of water. They put a water dispenser in the middle and a cheap drink machine.

The food was OK.

For the system of the beach towels rent , every hotel receptionist has a different version. They take the money very easily but to give it back to you it’s a 100 calls history.

When you try to get a real conversation about those problems with the receptionists they simply get offended and don’t even dare to apologize.
After meeting some other clients of the hotel they had the exact same problems.

We felt very confused and disappointed. The hotel looks so good from the outside but nothing is right in the inside. I am sorry to tell you that they take better care of their plants than their clients.
