I had such a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were welcoming and attentive from the very beginning, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.

My room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, with a very comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. I especially appreciated the little details that made it feel extra cozy and relaxing.

The hotel’s restaurant was another highlight—every meal I tried was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and dinner was a real treat with excellent service and a lovely atmosphere.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great food, and top-notch hospitality!

Very nice hotel. Looks new inside and out. Surprisingly large, spacious rooms with comfortable beds, linens, pillows. Nice balcony. Lareg bathroom with large walk-in shower. The public spaces are very nice, especially the outdoor seating area and front entrance with beautiful trees and flowers. Private beach right across the street is also excellent. The only negative is the brusque attitude i received from the manager. He needs to take a lesson in customer service and hospitality as he came across as downright rude for no reason at all. Without him this is 5 stars all the way

My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The cleanliness and hygiene standards were impeccable, the food was of outstanding quality, and every meal felt freshly prepared with great care. What impressed me most was the staff always professional, courteous, and attentive, making sure every detail was taken care of. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel and would be delighted to return.

Had a great experience at the restaurant. Pleasant ambiance and warm reception, then the seafood was fresh enough as if it was the waves brought it to your plate.
Mains were cooked to perfection and to our dietary request and the house did even sent deserts to try.
Price-wise it was very reasonable and the quantity ordered justified the total paid.
Left with great impressions and will come back for sure

I had such a lovely stay at Hotel Sole Luna! The room was super clean, and the housekeeping was really on point. Everyone at the hotel was so friendly and welcoming, it honestly made me feel right at home. Breakfasts were a highlight, with so many tasty options that I didn’t even know where to start. I especially enjoyed the restaurant staff, their smiles and helpfulness made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I left feeling happy, relaxed, and really well taken care of.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable, with modern rooms and a fantastic sea view – perfect for a relaxing holiday. The staff were extremely welcoming and always ready to help, which made us feel at home. The restaurant offers fresh and delicious food, especially seafood and traditional Albanian dishes, always served with care. Meanwhile, the beach bar by the sea creates a relaxing atmosphere during the day and a very pleasant vibe in the evening, with excellent cocktails and good music. Overall, Sole Luna is the perfect combination of comfort, great cuisine, and entertainment by the Ionian Sea. A place we truly recommend and where we will definitely return.”

Overall pleasant stay with a few downsides

The hotel was very comfortable and clean. The room was spacious, and everything felt cozy and well maintained. The reception staff were extremely polite, always ready to assist with anything I needed ,very professional and welcoming.

Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about the service in the dining hall and hotel bar. The dining hall manager gave off a lot of negative energy, words like “please” and “thank you” didn’t seem to exist in his vocabulary. Another thing that stood out was that while the waiters provided the service, all payments were taken by the manager meaning none of the young waiters received any tips directly.

Breakfast at the hotel was delicious, but lunch was a bit disappointing.

As for the beach bar staff, everything was great. Sunbeds were free for hotel guests, each guest received a beach towel, food prices were reasonable, and the pizzas were fantastic ,big and tasty.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience, though with some room for improvement in certain areas.

The hotel exceeds my expectations, the room was spacious, the staff was really caring, polite and helpful. Breakfast was better than I had imagined, it had plenty of choices, it was quite filling and the quality of food was great. The restaurant provided a variety of food and all of them were perfect.
