Sunway Hotel in Ksamil

Had an amazing stay here. The rooms a good, clean and we arrived slightly early but they prepared our room early for us. The breakfast was the best feature in my opinion was such good quality tasting food. We had a car on our road trip and was very easy to park and when needing to leave the staff were so helpful. As for the staff they was amazing family run hotel, made you feel welcome helped with the area and just genuinely nice people. Location isn’t in the centre but we like a walk so more than happy to stay five minutes from the centre.

Great location and very modern throughout. Breakfast was fantastic, with a good amount of vegetarian options too. The customer service was absolutely fantastic. So helpful with recommendations for restaurants and when I enquired for a tour at Butrint. Clearly a well run family business.

good location in Ksamil, you can do lots of things by foot from the hotel. good parking available. very comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast with homemade options and a special thanks to the family that made our stay even better.

I really loved this hotel stayed for 6 nights. The staff were lovely and accommodating. They communicated the rules kindly and were always there to help. The location is perfect only a 5 or 7 minute walk to Ksamil beach with lots of supermarkets and restaurants next to it. Everyone was so friendly and the rooms were cleaned everyday without fail! The only thing I would say is the soap dispenser could be better as we had no shower gel at times but as soon as we asked this was fixed very quickly. I would 100% stay here again and it is so worth the money!!

We spent 12 days at this family-run hotel and were completely satisfied. The rooms were always clean and tidy, and the other guests were pleasant and considerate. We would particularly like to mention the host, Mikel—he is incredibly friendly, speaks fluent English, and always had great tips for beaches and activities.

The breakfast, freshly prepared by Mama, was delicious and, with a slight Greek influence, just the right thing to start the day. The hotel's location is excellent, yet our room at the back was very quiet, allowing us to relax wonderfully.

All in all, a warm, clean, and well-located hotel – we can recommend it without reservation! :)

We really enjoyed our time at Hotel Vista Mare. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Although we didn’t have a sea view, the location is perfect—just a few minutes’ walk to beautiful beaches and great restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Ksamil!

Our stay was great! Very welcoming Hotel managed by a very nice family. Rooms are nice and clean, we felt very well here. Also in a good location, absolutely to recommend. Thank you for all the good conversations, always there when needed. When visiting Ksamil again, this is now my favourite place!

What a fantastic place to stay! We were so lucky to have stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The hotel is very new (opened in 2019) and has a modern look.
Rooms are very clean and service is perfect. Mike and his family make you feel at home. They give tips on where to go for dinner, which beaches to visit etc. Breakfast is amazing! We can recommend everybody to stay in thus hotel when going to ksamil!

We stayed in Sunway hotel as a couple with a 9 months old baby for 11 nights. I cannot truly express just how pleasant our stay was. Never had we felt so warmly welcomed, and treated not just as a guests, but also as friends. The premises are new and beautifully decorated, with an impeccable hygiene, the sheets and towels are regularly changed, the location of the hotel is excellent and the breakfast buffet is fantastic, but the best quality of this hotel is the service. The family that owns the hotel are charming, pleasant and wonderful people, committed to provide the best service there is, and will put their best effort to make you enjoy your stay. You will always be greeted with a wide smile and have all your needs as a guest fulfilled. There are numerous restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel, and the city beach is just short walk away. This was my second visit to Ksamil and after a thorough search for a hotel, I can say that the Sunway is best there is in Ksamil. I highly recommend it and will surely visit again!

From the very first contact on, the experience with Sunway Hotel was exceptional: always responsive, friendly & sincere. It's a family-run hotel and the hosts know exactly what it means to treat their guests according to their needs – no efforts were spared. The hotel itself as well as the room was super clean. I enjoyed the terrific view on the mountains from the balcony, similarly to the breakfast with local specialties.
