Area Hotel in Ksamil

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was simply perfect. The cleaning was spotless – my room was always fresh, tidy, and well taken care of. Breakfast was excellent every single morning, with plenty of delicious options to choose from.

The staff truly made the experience unforgettable. They were always so kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was okay. It really felt like they went above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable and welcome.

The pool was also fantastic – clean, well-maintained, and a great place to relax.

The location is superb! Very close to the beach and restaurants nearby.

Overall, the rating is beyond 5 stars!

Area Hotel is perfectly located in a nice and quiet area, but still not too far from bars, restaurants, and busy streets. It is located about 5-10 minutes walk from the beach. The hotel is quite new, has a modern style to it and beautiful paitings covering all the walls.

We booked the suite, which was very spacious, s.and had a TV, sofa and a balcony. The hotel is run by a very nice and accommodating family. The staff was very kind to us and offered excellent service, such as flowers upon arrival, and free fruits when we said we were going to have a movie night, and booked several of the restaurants we wanted to visit.

The breakfast is one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had,each day a little something new to spice things up, loved it. They also have a nice pool you can cool offin when you are back from the beach.

This hotel is run by the nicest people, has very clean rooms and the breakfast was delicious and fresh with homemade cakes every morning. The girls at the reception were very kind and nice, always smiling, thanks to Erta and Miki for all the suggestions on what to do around the city. We really enjoyed staying there, we will choose this hotel anytime!

Great location for all the beach clubs, restaurants and bars. The rooms were clean modern and tidy. The staff went above and beyond couldn’t do more for you. The breakfast that was included had lots of variety, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ksamil!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional — the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed.

The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and extremely comfortable and cleaned. The entire atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and relaxing.

The breakfast was one of the highlights of my stay — fresh fruits, pastries, hot dishes, cakes, local food and great coffee. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented.

The pool area was another wonderful spot — clean, well-kept, and perfect for both relaxing and swimming. Whether in the morning or at sunset, it was always a great place to unwind.

One of the best parts about this hotel is the location. It’s just a short walk from the beach, and right on a lively avenue full of restaurants, bars, and shops. Everything you need is just steps away, making it super convenient and enjoyable.

The attention to detail, cleanliness throughout the property, and the high level of customer service really made my experience unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great amenities, and top-notch hospitality. I’ll definitely be coming back

Great hotel, great staff, clean, cozy - pool! 😎 and very good breakfasts. Rooms with air conditioning and a balcony, where there is a dryer for clothes. Underground parking, elevator.

Extremely friendly staff, informative and very welcoming. Breakfast is good and the room is one of the best we have stayed in Albania. Although the price is a bit high compared to Albanian standard, it is worth it. (Much better than the classy hotel across the road…)

I am so happy I booked this hotel. The best service, buffet, rooms and very clean. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here. Can't wait to come again.

Excellent. You cannot fault this friendly and clean hotel. The service is absolutely excellent. A team of personable and friendly staff treat you with such care and kindness. They seem to be on hand 24/7 and always ask how your day was and if they can do anything for you. It puts big 5* hotels to shame when you see a hotel like this and they really know how to make guests feel special. The girl on reception and lovely guy in the restaurant/bar went above and beyond. Secondly, the food, breakfast is a dream and they have great selection of healthy and fresh food. The ladies there are always smiling too. The rooms are modern and clean too. I enjoyed the pool too. The hotel is well located if you wish to walk to beaches etc, it is located on a busy road but you do not notice this in the rooms. I rarely post reviews but really wanted to express my pleasure and satisfaction about this experience. The hotel is great and I would so recommend it.
