Dinner that night was truly a highlight: the restaurant is beautifully set with rustic stone walls, twinkling lights, and an authentic charm that made the whole evening feel magical.

They introduced our Canadian family to delicious Albanian dishes — every bite was incredible, and the service was just as impressive. Attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely kind, the team made sure we were more than taken care of.

During our visit to Berat, we had the absolute pleasure of dining at Amalia Homemade Food Restaurant, and it truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted with warmth and a cozy ambiance that immediately made us feel at home.

Albanian Hospitality at its finest. The wonderful host explains everything and shows you the beautiful room. The Raki, wine, sweets and snacks are there to grab whenever you need it. Breakfast is home-made and exactly as per your wishes. If you are in Berat, or close to Berat, please book this hotel room. The host will make sure you would have wanted to stay more Nights.

We had an amazing stay in Amalia Boutique Hotel in Berät. The room was really nice and well equiped, the bed really comfortable. Nice views of the town.
The host was so so helpful with his reccomendations.. And the best part is the varied breakfast, with all the amazing organic products. Highly reccomended

I highly recommend this hotel. We stayed here for 10 days and felt so cared for and at home. The hotelier, Pettrage, was so welcoming and generous. The location is perfect, and the breakfasts are nourishing and beautiful. We were there for Easter and they even gave us little dyed eggs! It was so sweet. Thank you Pettrage and Leda for an amazing stay in Berat!

Such a nice place to stay! The room is of high quality and the bed is super comfortable. The breakfast is delicious and the best is the host who is very friendly! He gave us tips for berat and even other places in Albania. I would rate 6 stars
