Service was great and the receptionist were really lovely, helpful and very professional, the property met my expectations and the food was great . No complaint

This hotel is amazing. They need to do a better job to update the description because can walk to 3 different beaches from there. Each one absolutely stunning. The staff was extremely friendly. Absolute pleasant experience. The only negative was the set up of the bathroom which is somewhat on the smaller side. Still highly recommended and we will stay there again.

Expensive compared to what you got. The breakfast was very simple. If you wanted more than black coffee for drink, you needed to pay extra. The area around is packed with tourists, so if you want to see the real Albania, this is not the place. Also, sunbeds can cost up to 60€ but they normally took 15-25 for two.

It is less than 5 minutes to walk to a nearby beach where we were able to rent two lounge chairs with umbrellas for 10 euro. The hotel is clean and the air con works well. The hostess (tall, slim with black hair) was extremely kind, friendly and helpful when we asked for information about kayaks, taxis, bus…she even made calls for us. No swimming pool but the sea was lovely!

We had an excellent stay! Excellent Family Stay! We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The place is very nice and well-kept, and the staff were really, really friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We felt comfortable and well taken care of as a family. A beautifully modern hotel in the centre of Ksamil. Cannot fault the cleanliness. Staff were cleaning all of the time and it was spotless. Great location in Ksamil The hotel is beautiful and in a great location - only issue was you couldn’t really stay at the pool during the day as there were no sun beds meaning you have to pay to go to the beach and have a lounger every day!

This hotel is run by the nicest people, has very clean rooms and the breakfast was delicious and fresh with homemade cakes every morning. The girls at the reception were very kind and nice, always smiling, thanks to Erta and Miki for all the suggestions on what to do around the city. Brilliant hotel! Highly recommend it. It’s very clean, modern and relaxed atmosphere. Up on the hill but only 5 minute walk to the Main Street. Beautiful pool and plenty of lounge chairs. Breakfast buffet was excellent with a great selection of options for all tastes. Aircon was great. And the staff were really nice and accommodating. Couldn’t fault the place. The restaurant wonderful, the staff wonderfull, the food delicious, the place very very cleaned and in a good order. Parking too. I would recommend to any one that would like to have fresh food and well cooked and delicious. I would definitely return again and again to this place.

The house is very well made, the rooms are big with a good location on the terraces. The air conditioners are powerful enough to cool the room even in the hottest weather. The kitchen equipment is defective. The only recommendation is not to turn off the refrigerator when there is no presence in the room.

The best place in Ksamil, owner is very friendly, helpfull and polite. Everything was very good.
