Well designed hotel, really clean room. It is located next to the beach 2 min with free access to a beach club which is nice because beach club are expensive. This hotel was the best part of my trip in Ksamil. If you have the choice pick a room with no ocean view, there is another beach club close by that put really loud music on late, it did not seem to be everyday.

My boyfriend and I stayed there from 15 to 19 August. It is family run and the people are very welcoming and helpful. Honest prices, delicious food and lots and lots of kindness from the owner and his wonderful daughters. The rooms were very clean and fragrant and the towels were changed every day. It is located in a very quiet area 300m from the sea and can be easily reached on foot

Overall we had a really good experience here. Rooms are clean and air-conditioned. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast is tasty and is served quickly! My one criticism is that the kitchens in the rooms don't really have basic things like a bottle opener, chopping board, etc.

This hotel is amazing. They need to do a better job to update the description because can walk to 3 different beaches from there. Each one absolutely stunning. The staff was extremely friendly. Absolute pleasant experience. The only negative was the set up of the bathroom which is somewhat on the smaller side. Still highly recommended and we will stay there again.

Expensive compared to what you got. The breakfast was very simple. If you wanted more than black coffee for drink, you needed to pay extra. The area around is packed with tourists, so if you want to see the real Albania, this is not the place. Also, sunbeds can cost up to 60€ but they normally took 15-25 for two.

It is less than 5 minutes to walk to a nearby beach where we were able to rent two lounge chairs with umbrellas for 10 euro. The hotel is clean and the air con works well. The hostess (tall, slim with black hair) was extremely kind, friendly and helpful when we asked for information about kayaks, taxis, bus…she even made calls for us. No swimming pool but the sea was lovely!

Lovely hotel, right by the sea. We had a room with a balcony and even a sea view. It's located on a busy main road, but the rooms are well-insulated; we weren't bothered by it. Within walking distance of the bustling town center. A comprehensive breakfast buffet, albeit served in Albanian style. The owner is (almost) always present and more than friendly and helpful.

The hotel is a bit away from the hustle and bustle, but you have peace and quiet. It takes 10-20 minutes on foot or two minutes by car. Parking is worry-free. And the owners make you feel at home. This family-run hotel is super clean and the owners are the kindest most generous people I've met during my stay. The only issue would be the lack of chandeliers, a shower curtain or cubicle and the loud guests.

The hotel is owned by a family. The rooms are nice and clean. The only feedback would be there is no shower curtain or separator etc. so the water goes everywhere in the bathroom. Very friendly staff and delicious breakfast. Parking available.

Incredible! The owners are 2 beautiful people, they make you feel so welcome. The rooms are clean, you have a balcony which is nice to sit in the evening with the sun going under. Breakfast is chosen by the owners, but oh my, fresh tomatoes, bread, pancake with chocolate, olives, eggs, local cheese and honey... And not to mention the homemade jam! The hotel is on a little hill, away from all the noise...

Nice new small scale family ran hotel, clean room, good WiFi and tasty breakfast. Located a few hundred meteres away from madhouse Ksamil beach so a nice and quiet location. Small swimmingpool but also very clean. A few minutes walking away is Sheqer lake park with a large private pool and good restaurant, also a lot more relaxed than Ksamil beach.

It's a small family running hotel, new one. All arrears very clean. We didn't need a cleaning but they asked us if we want to change towels or sheets every day. Breakfast are served and they prepare everything the way you like. Owners are there every minute for you and doing there best, very nice and polite. Very close to centre and of course to markets and restaurants. The price in peak season...
