Lovely hotel, right by the sea. We had a room with a balcony and even a sea view. It's located on a busy main road, but the rooms are well-insulated; we weren't bothered by it. Within walking distance of the bustling town center. A comprehensive breakfast buffet, albeit served in Albanian style. The owner is (almost) always present and more than friendly and helpful.

Super clean family run hotel, spacious and comfortable, central.

This is a gem of a place with what we think is the best location in Ksamil only 100 meters to many of the best beaches and restaurants. Very clean, modern spacious rooms. It is located next to a mosque so there is early morning call to prayer but this is not disturbing, at least not for us.

I have been several times at Hotel Golden, the last time one week ago. We have always had a great time. It is a new hotel in a central location, few minutes by the sea and restaurants, impeccably clean but above all Eranda and the managing staff are super helpful and attentive. Definitely recommended!

They are nice people, don't speak much English but we managed somehow to understand each other. I booked the room by phone and was cheaper than on other apps. When I arrived everything was clean but I spent there 6 nights and they cleaned my room just once, they haven't change the towels and two mornings in row they woke me up at 7 am by slamming the doors. But after all everything was decent!

This hotel is amazing. They need to do a better job to update the description because can walk to 3 different beaches from there. Each one absolutely stunning. The staff was extremely friendly. Absolute pleasant experience. The only negative was the set up of the bathroom which is somewhat on the smaller side. Still highly recommended and we will stay there again.

Expensive compared to what you got. The breakfast was very simple. If you wanted more than black coffee for drink, you needed to pay extra. The area around is packed with tourists, so if you want to see the real Albania, this is not the place. Also, sunbeds can cost up to 60€ but they normally took 15-25 for two.

It is less than 5 minutes to walk to a nearby beach where we were able to rent two lounge chairs with umbrellas for 10 euro. The hotel is clean and the air con works well. The hostess (tall, slim with black hair) was extremely kind, friendly and helpful when we asked for information about kayaks, taxis, bus…she even made calls for us. No swimming pool but the sea was lovely!

My boyfriend and I stayed there from 15 to 19 August. It is family run and the people are very welcoming and helpful. Overall we had a really good experience here. Rooms are clean and air-conditioned. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast is tasty and is served quickly! My one criticism is that the kitchens in the rooms don't really have basic things like a bottle opener, chopping board, etc.

The hotel is a bit away from the hustle and bustle, but you have peace and quiet. It takes 10-20 minutes on foot or two minutes by car. Parking is worry-free. And the owners make you feel at home. For the price, Villa Zeka offers a lot of value. The rooms are clean, well kept, nicely decorated, and fairly spacious for the price. All rooms have a generous outdoor area, and for us this was a balcony on the first floor. The walk to the supermarket takes five to seven minutes, the walk to the closest beach about ten minutes. Contrarily to other comments, I had a great experience at this place. We spent the day and rented 2 sunbeds and umbrella for 15€, had nice drinks and food. The price was cheaper than at other restaurants nearby. The staff was really friendly. It was not crowded at all! I would recommend coming at the end of the season when the prices are back to normal, it’s still sunny and warm enough, and no longer...

Really stunning beach. 2500lek for a 2 beds with a umbrella. Staff are very friendly. Two beers were 600lek. We come here every year. They serve good food. Have good music, not too loud. Has proper toilets (didn’t last year) which were moderately clean (it’s a beach at the end of the day, it is not going to be perfect) and they had plenty of paper. Parking is nice and easy
